Diabolical. Minus if I could. Sent phone back over 4 wks ago and still no refund. Impossible to contact apart from autobot which don't ask right options. Read the reviews wish and get a hold. And where is my money. Will never order again

I paid for mobile phone and instead they sent me charging lead. I have sent them photo of lead and packaging and parcel packaging photo but company is not prepared to refund or send phone .

Awful STAY AWAY FROM WISH.COM....2 items have disappeared customer contact said it was hermes fault and disconnected from the conversion. On checking 1 item never left Canada...I live in the UK. Other item when checking with hermes seems to have vanished with no come back to them....ive read with interest the possible small claims court proceedings against hermes by another disappointed user. How to get your money.
1st did you pay for postage?
YES! If you paid for postage YOU! This means wish contracted on your behalf with the delivery company, YOU have a contract with hermes or dpd or ups or whomever. Postage cost has an element of insurance in it so YOU CAN CLAIM OFF THE DELIVERY COMPANY. IGNORE THEM TELLING YOU YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO WISH, YOU DO NOT.
YOU can initiate proceedings in the Small Claims Court against the delivery company. YOU can ask the court for you money back plus your costs for paying for proceedings, to start proceedings so to small claims court online or your local court will give you the documents for free. You will need to pay £255 for proceedings and hou have up to 6 years to claim. Enclose COPIES!!!!!! OF PROOF OF PURCHASE, IF YOU HAVE EMAILS OR MESSAGES OF PROOF OF NON DELIVERY IE MESSAGES TO WISH OR DELIVERY COMPANY. ALWAYS EMAIL OR MESSAGE THAT IS EASY PROOF FOR A COURT TO SEE. PRINT OFF AND ENCLOSE WITH COURT PAPERS OR ATTACH TO ONLINE APPLICATION. YOU CAN CLAIM REASONABLE COSTS FOR TIME YOU SPEND PERSUING YOUR LOST PARCEL. SO £15 AN HOUR OR PART OF AN HOUR WOULD BE REASONABLE X NUMBER OF HOURS SPENT TRYING TO GET PARCEL. SO LETS SAY 6 HOURS. THERE IS ALSO A FINAL PART YOU COULD ASK FOR DAMAGES FOR WHI H IS THE LOSS OF THE USE OF AND ENJOYMENT OF YOUR GOODS, THAT YOU COULD DEPENDING ON WHAT THE GOODS ARE CLAIM UP TO MAYBE £25 PER DAY FOR A REASONABLE PERIOD MAYBE UP TO A MONTH. THEN IT BECOMES APPARENT YOU ARE PROBABLY NOT GETTING THOSE GOODS. SO IF GOODS COST £100. YOU could claim £100 plus, postage costs, plus Court filing cost, plus for time spend trying to get goods, lets say 6 hours times £15 = £90 plus loss of use of and enjoyment of goods up to a reasonable one month period £25 times 30 days £750. After 30 days you lose reasonable expectation of recieving goods. File with court ypu will be contacted by courts. Remember most important.YOU have a contract with delivery company if YOU paid for p&p which companies usually charge you. Whatever company you buy from if they say p&p is extra and it will cost £5.99 and you pay it then wish or whatever company have contracred on youf behalf therefore YOU HAVE a Contract with the delivrry company. IF YOU HAVE THAT THEN YOU CAN LEGALLY BRING AN ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE DELIVERY COMPANY. GOOD LUCK.

Truly awful. Paid extra for fast delivery but item 1 week late. Item totaly faulty to asked for refund. Took 3 days for response saying they had fixed the problem - no they hadn't. Now waiting beyond 3 days again for response. Don't use them, useless products and non existent customer service

Never ordered never will from what I have seen this place needs to be shut down ASAP how this place is still running is beyond me.

Ordered an item that never arrived, they stated my order had been refunded but the payment was never made into my bank account. I have tried to resolve the matter several times to no avail. The customer support at wish just keep saying the matter is resolved even though I have not received my refund. The company is fraudulent and untrustworthy and has absolutely ripped me off.

l ordered goods which never arived, both to be delivered at my home and one of their designated points, still waiting, although wish claimed to be delivering beteen the october and 4th of Nov, l wont be buying from them again, good job the goods were not for xmas, if wish use Hernes, then l have no chance getting my goods, this company is also cronic, the least time l had something delivered by Hermes,they loet my parcel.

Got scammed. Ordered a £14 neckerchief and never received the item. Approached Wish about it apparantly about to interact with a "real human" just to get a robot every time who didn't even listen nor solve the problem. Now it says "problem resolved." Will be emailing the delivery company Yodel. Terrible customer service. I want a full refund.

Product very cheap looking not at all like the picture. Will not use again,

My daughter and i both ordered from wish but we never received our items! We only bought 2 cheap items to see if they would arrive and check the quality etc. This was over a year ago. Judging by all the other reviews i couldn't be bothered with the hassle of claiming a refund. Glad we had the hindsight of checking them out first and not ordering expensive items. So definitely won't be using this company again!

Currently waiting on 2 items, Hermes by the look of it have parcel in hand as they have tried to deliver, then nothing from either company until I bombarded their automated services with questions about my delivery. It should have been on Wednesday failed attempt so would be 24 hours and another attempt would be made. Still waiting. I have had a message from Wish this afternoon to say delivery would now be by 3rd November as there was a problem with the shipment (bearing in mind delivery company has this) Hermes say they I have to get Wish to contact them and Wish just fob me off. All I want is the guitar I ordered, I thought I would try a cheaper one just to see how it goes and to take it away with me when I go away without the fear of expensive repairs if damaged, please either send me guitar or money back ASAP so I can source another as I am going away this week and was hoping to take it. Only reason I ordered was the delivery time was good for me. How wrong can I be.
If suddenly the customer service improves (breath not being held) or guitar finally turns up undamaged I will change the star rating to reflect but now it will remain a 1 because I can't give it zero.

Took my money didn’t send goods faked transit details sent me loads of emails apologies for not receiving my goods then emailed me to say have not got my order or email address yet confirmed my order and email address cannot get refund they are con artist never will I use them again Be Warned if you are tempted by this company

AVOID cheap goods and a lot of fake goods on sale here you wait forever for items to be delivered and when they come and your not happy customer service will be as rude as they like with no offer of help AVOID

Waiting over 21 days and still waiting, and item has not been delivered yet , eventually received a refund but not until after sending them a number of emails.
Never again will I use "WISH"

Just be warned, you won't get your money back if the 3rd party delivery company loses the item. Even showing them proof that the delivery services failed to deliver, they still do not refund. Have been trying to get my money back for the last 2 weeks and they simply resolve the ticket opened with them. Absolutely useless!

Used a couple of times. Detail of products not good. Received items that are not fit for purpose. Have deleted the app

Don’t use wish. Having discovered prices at the beginning of the purchase changed and at the End I didn’t realise I would be charged well over £200 pounds.the clothes are of cheap quality and are hard to understand the sizes which are
Small or very small. Not all of the items are bad though. Please be careful if you order anything. I wouldn’t recommend them. Like they say buy cheap buy twice!!
