Prompt response to product inquiry
Got a prompt response to a lengthy email I submitted the afternoon of New Years' Eve. Prompt like "in my inbox when I woke up New Year's Day"! It was actually a multipart question, much of which needed to be addressed by tech support. The parts that could be answered by what I assume is marketing/sales staff were thorough and helpful, and I was told the rest were being forwarded to tech support. Can't ask for more than that on a holiday weekend.

Very impressed

Best bulk photo updater out there
After several tests this is the best app I could find to update multiple photo attributes (inc. geo location) in bulk. Support is really good. Highly recommended

High quality products
In general I don't use third party utility software to maintain my MacBook, being a techy I know how to optimize my MacBook, but this takes time to run the commands. I explored a lot of software to reduce my time and increase MacBook efficiency - some of them are very slow, some of them are annoying nag, some of them selling other products and some of them are really very expensive.
Accidently I discovered Wise Mac Care, after trying this product I am amazed with performance and price.
Customer support service is very efficient and respect my time.
I strongly recommend products from this company.
