I started speaking with Potso perhaps 3 weeks prior to the removal of my household goods. He asked questions and offered his wise suggestions about how I should pack the items with such kindness that I immediately felt safe and heard. He brought a touch of humanity to his professionalism, and even linked me to a car transportation company when I was at my wits end with trying to figure out how I was going to transport my car to Gauteng. His removal "guys" worked hard and swiftly as they packed my numerous goods onto their truck, all on Cape Town's hottest day with 40 degree temperatures. They made sure to wrap my art in protective film, and took care as they loaded my plants. I was super shocked when two days later I received a call to say my goods were being delivered at their destination in Joburg. Not a single issue encountered, just simple delight! It is a rarity to have this 10/10 experience in this day and age, and yet Swift exceeded it. I unreservedly recommend them. Thank you Potso, Botlhale and eish I forget the other man's name. They advertise your moving requirements to a number of independent movers, who if interested in doing the job submit an online quote.
Whilst I only received 3 quotes - one of which was very expensive - I was able to make a decion based on the other two quotes.
The service I received from the moving company was excellent. Their communication was on-point and everything went very smoothly.

We used WISE MOVE to obtain a few quotations and then chose NR 8 LOGISTICS to pick up the park bench in Durban on Friday, which was delivered the next morning in Bergville.
All communications with Hubart from NR 8 LOGISTICS were done through the WISE MOVE email platform.

Hubert and his team did an excellent job. Everything was exactly on time and I also got a photo of thee person who received the parcel as requested.
