Original problem was:
"Key does not exist or is already redeemed."
Nice... I didn't think it would happen, because the site has quite good reviews.
I wrote a ticket on their support site immediately.
And wrote trough their "live support" chat on their site what writed "Estimated wait time is 1 minute" it writes 1 minute answer time for three hours...

I searched trough their discord and found out this is a common problem and they don't really care about customers.
They often give half-answers and make a person an object of ridicule.

On discord, they have a description of how to ask for help:
"1. Go to My Account on WiseModz
2. Go to "Get customer role on Discord"
3. Link your Discord
4. Then create a ticket"
The funny side, you can't get a customer role on discord (link is disabled), if they allow it, the number of negative feedback would increase dramatically on dc.
Their dc is full of random bans, we won't find out why it happened...

"Support hours are 10:00-20:00 UTC +1"
I waited more than 3 hours since UTC+1 10:00 still no answer.

I bought 1 menu from this site and there was problem with key but owner responded and helped, this site is 100% legit so nobody have to be scared from buying any menu.
