BEWARE OF AND AVOID THIS OUTFIT

Wisechain is not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority, and not regulated by them, whatever they may state on their websites.

This means that they are not permitted to offer to UK citizens a trading platform in stocks and shares/ not permitted to operate a brokerage in stocks and shares to UK citizens.
Nor is Wisechain registered with the Cyprus Government's Registrar of Companies, whatever they may state on their websites.
Nor is it registered at Companies House.
If you see an advert showing what purports to be Martin Lewis CBE, extolling the virtues of Wisechain then you should know that it is a clever impersonation of Martin Lewis, impersonating the voice and the image, both of them synchronised.
Martin Lewis is the financial advisor who presents a TV series on ITV1 in prime time, and he would never recommend Wisechain.
I was foolishly drawn into depositing £ 250 with Wisechain, although for some reason my payment went to something called Whiteroad, which I assumed at the time to be part of Wisechain.
I discovered much later that Whiteroad was completely different, selling training packages.
Following my payment I received emails welcoming me to Wisechain, and promising advice on investing.
Later I sent an email asking for advice on what investments to make. I was told in a phone call from someone purporting to be from Wisechain, that I needed to increase my deposit/ increase the balance on my account to $1300 before starting to trade.
I informed them I did not wish to increase my deposit, and asked them in an email to return my deposit, to return the balance of my account. I made it clear, by email, to which bank account the deposit should be returned, which was the account from which the deposit was made.
There had been various phone calls from several different individuals claiming to be from Wisechain, telling me to increase my investment.
The calls all came from different phone numbers, and when I called back to each number, none of the people at the other end of the line had ever heard of Wisechain. It seems as though their phone numbers had been hijacked and used in some way, a practice used by scammers and fraudsters.
There are very few reviews of Wisechain on Trustpilot, and I believe that all the good reviews are fake.
No money has been returned to me.

Scammed out of my pension money

My advisor was good at getting me to invest money, however, when I needed funds for a return trip home,I was given excuse after excuse. It's been 3 months now since my request and I am now being ignored. This company or organization is nothing but a scam.
I'm a veteran of 33 years of service and was looking to make some money to supplement my pension. Now, I have nothing.

I believe this is a fraudulent trading site…

I believe this is a fraudulent trading company. Do not invest any money with Wisechain as you will lose your investment completely. I only invested $ 259.00 US with an impressive return of $ 13,252.54 US on their trading web page. Wow this was in just 3 months. From the very opening of the account I was being aggressively pressured to invest more money. They seemed to have a scheme on every call they made to me. The fact is this trading is new me. I would not invest any more money because I did not have sense of trust with the people that I talked with. They wanted me to invest an additional $10,000.00 to $20,000.00 ( several times) with a promise of making a huge returns in a short time.
The woman that was my personal financial adviser was very demanding and she would get upset on the calls and close the phone call ( harshly ) when I would not invest more money. On one call she supposedly had her boss talk to me, who explained, if I didn't invest more money I would pay a 50% fee to get my money out of platform.
Having a bad feeling about these people I ask to remove the money. She setup a cold wallet ( having a wild reason for not just transfering the money to my account directly from the trading platform).
I was informed I had to transfer $2,000.00 to the wallet and they would return the $13,000.00 and the $ 2,000.00 to my bank account. I refused because I believe I would be scammed out of the $2,000.00.
Likewise on the WiseChain web site they indicate they have 2,102 Trustpilot reviews. But if you log into the actual Trustpilot web site they have only 34 reviews.
Note also they have not responded to any reviews on Trustpilot.
I, not only lost the few dollars but the wasted time on the phone.
DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITHOUT A THROUGH RESEARCH including going to the official TRUSTPILOT web site.
If I could I would give a review number of -10 .

The WiseChain people took my money , and I can’t get it back! They kept asking me to invest more. Also they put my phone number out , and I’ve been getting at least 50 calls a day asking me to invest! I’m getting a nervous breakdown because of them!

They have not returned my funds.

I followed what I thought was an interesting lead about investing. Initially the information appeared to be accurate, there was a lengthy phone call with a very reasonable and articulate person who helped me set up my account. There was no hard sell and when I declined the suggested entry level amount and opted for a lower figure it was accepted without question. I was at this time told how to withdraw my funds on demand. I was informed an 'adviser' would be in touch to help with my investment selection. In the meantime my funds were put to work and I could track the 'trades' using a comprehensive and rather impressive looking website. So far so good. The adviser got in touch, explained the difference between trading and investing and spent some time assuring me my funds were inevitably going to benefit and I would be able to take my 'profit'. There was some talk of bitcoin at this point, but as I had no interest in it I didn't pay much attention. I have to admit at this stage my impression was that there was nothing to be concerned about, things were progressing as I had been advised and my 'profit' was modest but tangible. So after 2 weeks I decided to withdraw my initial deposit plus the small profit. This is where things started to go wrong. Firstly my 'adviser' asked if I had intended to make a withdrawal. Secondly the withdrawal has not been actioned and thirdly everything has gone silent. No responses to my query about the return of my funds. So, it would appear it is a Scam.

My journey with wisechain is…

My journey with wisechain is remarkable; I experienced a good support with every question I was testing. After I’ve got an individual strategy plan, I went for auto-trading and social trading, and their intuitive interface made tracking market trends really a breeze in the end of the day.

Instructive Platform

For me, as for a beginner, it was important to have a clear tutorial and signals. I appreciated the professional treatment and I didn't feel lost from the very start. My confidence in has increased now, but if I'm not sure, I know there is also someone who can advise in about navigating complicated markets.
