SCAM!!!
No refund …. No contact ….. No service ….

My tracks were rejected. No explanation was given.
But payments continue to be deducted.
Support doesn't answer questions. There's only a chat room with a robot that responds to everything with the boilerplate "Hello! I'm the Wiseband support assistant.

Very poor service and support.

I have attempted to contact Wiseband multiple times via email and their chatbot over the past two months, yet I have not received a single response. Additionally, I requested a $15 payout over a month ago, but it has yet to be processed. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill payment obligations raise serious concerns about the company’s reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Avoid Wiseband – Fraudulent and Untrustworthy

I strongly advise against using Wiseband as a music distributor. I provided them with all the necessary documents proving my ownership of the tracks, yet they still refused to release my payment without any valid reason. Their support is unresponsive, and they keep making excuses instead of solving the issue.

It seems like they intentionally hold artists' earnings, which is completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable distributor, stay away from Wiseband—they are a total fraud. Don't waste your time and money on this platform!

The Wisband company blocked my account and did not want to pay me 698.30 of my earnings. For me, they are scams.

My payment was withheld for 50 days and then it blocks me.

They have typos in their services and their support team is terrible, they take forever to respond. However, they offer features that other distributors do not offer and give the best marketing advise.
