DO NOT TRUST!!

DO NOT TRUST!!! After you pay your $65 to open your bank account, they all of a sudden throw AML/CTF at you, then they freeze everything, then they take 30 DAYS to review it!
You don't get the money back, not what's yours, not the opening amount, or the money for the cards!!
TERRIBLE customer service!!! Just a great disappointment!!

Be wise & don't use Wise

I had an account with them for a couple of years, but when I opened a claim about a fraudulent transaction of over 1K someone stole from my account, they simply closed my account instantly without any explanation, and of course without refunding me!

Hello Alvaro,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us.

We're truly sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with your data updates and the delay with your transfer.

It sounds like you've been stuck in a repetitive loop with support, and we completely understand why you'd feel like switching to another service; this certainly isn't the experience we want for you.

Since the app hasn't been saving your personal information updates, we recommend trying to complete the process through a web browser instead, as this often resolves persistent app-related bugs.

For the transfer delay, please double-check that all required details were submitted, as even a minor missing piece of information can sometimes cause these hold-ups.

If you have a question about a specific transfer, we'd be more than happy to take a closer look. For that, please don’t hesitate to contact us at https://wi.se/help , or send us a DM on X, Facebook, or Instagram. We're here for you and your money.

Wise refused to refund my money!

(WISE KEEPING MY MONEY!)
After more than 3 months passed, Wise has refused to refund my money. That means now Wise has control over my money, they could use it whatever they like. Saying bye~ to my hard-earned money.

(RIDICULOUS REGULATIONS!)
I highly feel skeptical about their regulations. They're regulated unlogically. This is how they're regulated.

1. They could close your account anytime without telling you the reason. Say if you paid for a business account, out of a sudden they could tell you that you violated their customer agreement and proceed to close your account. Of course, you could never get back the money that you paid to open your business account. So be aware!

2. They actually have control over your money. Yes you hear me right, they're able to deduct and refund your money without giving you any notice and trace. When you contact them, all they gonna tell you is that your money is subjected to reversal. In additional to that, they have the right to reject giving you the refund. So how is your money then? Say goodbye to it, forever!

3. Their customer support is pretty useless. They couldn't help you as much as you think. They're not able to tell you the reason of why your account is deactivated, why your money is refunded and where is your money. Even the customer team lead says the same thing, so give up you wouldn't get any help!

(DO NOT USE WISE!)
Look for alternatives, Wise is not a safe way to hold and move your money. Their regulations help them to steal your money legally. Wise is a licensed scammer. Trust your bank, not them. I will try to forward my complaint to Ombudsman.

Best of luck for those who are going to try Wise!
