I have good experience with WTS, which I rent for a 3-day event. The contact was perfect; the sales manager (Matt) explained everything and was very helpful before, during, and after the event.
There was an issue on the first day of using the terminal due to currency issues (I wanted to charge in euros, but the terminal tried to issue in pounds, resulting in an error), but customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue within a few hours. I deduct 1 star because of this error, but I would use WTS again and recommend it anyway.

Hired a Starlink for a village Fete. The team have been excellent in supporting me and explaining how to set-up. The Starlink worked like a charm and enabled us to take payments via card machines in an area with no signal.
The team also didn't mind giving me some more time to do some testing.

We hired a card reader for The Photography Show at NEC. Great service from the WTS sales team, they helped me from A-Z. Delivery and drop-off was easy. Smooth payments at the show and reasonable fees. We are definitely doing this again!

I worked with Matt, at Wireless Terminal Solutions. They're a really great company to work with, they delivered the terminal in well enough time before my event and ensured sending it back was easy via DHL. Matt was very responsive and got back to me quickly with any questions I had, particularly on the technical side and getting us set up as a merchant on the back-end. And we're working with them again for another event soon.

Hired a couple of terminals so we could take payments at the British Shooting Show at the NEC. Charged the terminals at night, and they lasted all day. Payments were processed quickly via mobile network. No need to pay the NEC’s expensive Wi-Fi fees, or £250 for a plug socket to charge them up. Terminals supplied were configured with our existing payment provider and 2 terminals were similar price to what our provider charges for 1. Great service!

Would 100% recommended WTS as a payment solution, is responds quickly sorts all needs required and is lovely to deal with. One of the easiest and nicest people ive worked with so far in the business and have no fault to their process or solutions what so ever!

WTS are a very professional company, their customer service, product knowledge, great patience and they explain everything very thoroughly, also their products are very good for value and very easy to operate. I would recommend WTS very highly, great guys....

The 4 terminals that we had hired in for our festival all worked fine in all locations. Although arriving a little later than expected I was able to get them all up and running in time. Hope to use them again in the future.

Absolutely terrible company, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Arrogant & rude customer service staff.

WTS has awful customer service, avoid at all costs.

They made an admin error and they did not dispatch our tills/card machines that had hired for a special exhibition.

Once the mistake was noticed, we notified the company and they stated we had not paid so goods had not been dispatched. We had in fact paid, well in advance (at least a month beforehand). The error was on their end and within their accounts department.

Because of the error we needed expediated delivery in order for items to arrive on time and the company were unwilling to do anything to help resolve the situation. We had to pay for a door to door courier to collect the tills/machines at our own expense.

WTS were unapologetic and unhelpful. As returning customers of theirs you would have expected some form of compensation/discount or at the very least a solution. They did nothing.

Matt Griffiths has abysmal customer service skills and he is supposedly a sales manager.

We were a Charity hiring card readers for the first time to take payments at a fund raiser. WTS helped us navigate the various compliance requirements helpfully and always returning calls promptly. They got us the terminals on time to help us £10k from the 4,000 who attended, so smiles all round!

This was the first year we used the company. They went out of their way to help, setting up Merchant ID arranging delivery and collection, nothing was too much. Will definitely use them again. Great staff & customer service.

I use these this company because it’s quick and easy for us . We do events and I need these terminals every year but don’t need them during the year. Not found any other company that can accommodate us apart from this company so it works perfect for us ! Great service all round

Do not use.

Terrible old machines that cost us in revenue. Tech support was dire and did not help.

We had other machines work at the same site but not these. They are claiming user error and refusing refund. Funny how we managed to get other machines working and not theirs. Sent with wrong chargers. Very little care from tech or after sales.

Most unprofessional company we have used in years. Save yourself the hassle and stress and avoid

Have used different merchant companies over many years. WTS are the easiest and most straightforward provider. Service excellent. Ease of contact excellent. Resolution of any difficulty whether real or perceived effected promptly and in a friendly manner. Would recommend with no reservation.

The Biggest rip off we have experienced.

We ordered 13 card machines for our sites and not a single one worked properly. The common issues were American Express not accepted, charging issues, signal dropping constantly, transactions taking ages causing loss of revenue, we had no issue but to replace the card machines. Now they are demanding over 4k in cancellation charges.

Great company, great communication, terminal worked perfectly in the EU and I can’t recommend WTS enough.

Due to another company letting us down last minute, we came across WTS and reached out on the off chance they could help get a card machine sorted for us.
Everyone we spoke to were so efficient and helpful with all of our queries. Matt in particular went above and beyond. After previous bad experiences with other companies, we were unsure which card machine was right for us and obviously had reservations, but Matt was able to put our minds at ease. He ensured that we not only had the card machine on time, but set it up for us so it was ready to go when it arrived.
Would highly recommend WTS. We’ll be using them going forward. Thank you!
