Amazing!
Wiredsport are incredible in what they do and the advice they give you to help get you the right fit for your snowboard boots. Brilliant communication and they will always try and find you the perfect no matter what. Super friendly and will always do what's best for you. Highly recommended! Thanks!
Bait and Switch
I bought a wakeboard / boot package and only received the board. They said there was an issue with the delivery address for the boots, which did not change. They provided a fake UPS tracking number and stated that I could schedule the return for the board, but am now dealing with complications on the address in which I received the board. Do not use this service. They will only deliver part of your order and hope it's too problematic to schedule returns. Lesson learned

The team at Wired helped size boots for my WIDE feet with major instep and nerve issues. Previous bi ts had me in the red for pain no matter what it tried.
There suggestions narrowed the field to the right size and width. And then helped select the brand and model that could accommodate that sizing.
The brands don't share width size details so you need an expert to provide recos.
Also want to add their knowledge on the correct order of events for heat fitting and then heat fitting footbeds was enlightening.
Add to this their great videos that explain their philosophy and foundational approach to troubleshooting sizing issues.
Thanks again Wired.

Saved me from a lot of hassle
Saved me from a lot of hassle when finding new snowboard boots, as well as discomfort and probably pain when riding.
My feet are quite wide and while there's a lot of talk about Wide boot models from several companies, all of them lack more concrete information on just how wide their boots actually are. My personal experience, as an amateur, is that the cause of pressure points and pain, caused by an improperly sized boot, can be hard to detect without actually using the boots for snowboarding, at which points such boots become non returnable and I'd end up with spending tons of money trying to figure out which boot is wide enough on my own.
So kudos to them for all the help and advice!
THANK YOU!!

Hands down the best snowboard…
Hands down the best snowboard boot-fitter store I know. I've been blindly following their advice since 7 years, and have yet to be disappointed in my new pair of boots !
Really good advisory
I had problems with my feet for many years and pretty unsure what is "right" about boot fitting.
Wiredsport explained it to me and it really makes sense - about size conversion.
I hope my feet will not suffer pain this riding season!
Big Thanks for the expedient advisory I got!
Bad Customer Service
I needed an item replaced within the warranty period. Wiredsport completely dropped the ball on carrying out the replacement in a timely or sufficient manner. First, they sent me the wrong item. Next, they had me take several photos of the item to help identify it - then they mandated I mail the item to them because they couldn't figure it out by pictures alone. After I went to the trouble of mailing them the broken item, they sent a replacement item to the wrong address. When I asked them to resend the item to the correct address they requested that I contact the current occupant of the wrong address to try to claim the package that they sent to the wrong place. On top of it all, they do not answer their phones and they take weeks to respond to email. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience in my life. I will not be purchasing another item from these amateurs. I recommend you shop elsewhere.
THE boot guru
I was getting back into the sport after nearly a decade out, and Wiredsport really helped me figure out what size boot I should be in and what to look for when trying them on, fit, etc.
Invaluable information, good boot fit is the most important aspect of boarding!
Knowledgeable about proper boot fit.
Five stars from me. Flow alpha bindings fast and cheap
Got spooked after getting payment confirmation with no tracking number. Then checked reviews. Got tracking number a little later and calmed my nerves. Mistakenly thought this was a scam site after seeing so many boot sizing comments in about every review. I ordered flow bindings and am completely satisfied with product and shipping time. Would use again
Magic!
That boot fitter has some real magic going on. Found me the perfect snowboarding boots.

He is the first place I would go to if I had trouble with boots.
Supportive help with getting the right boot size
Amazing help on snowboardingforum.com for getting the proper sizing for my wide feet! I didn't purchase anything from them, but I would consider it if I need to just because they're so giving of their time and expertise.

In over 10 years of snowboarding (on and off), I've never had a pain free day until Wiredsport fitted me for the correct size of boot.
No help from customer service
I ordered what I thought would be a complete set aboard boots and binding It arrived with no bindings. I believe the board is too narrow for my boot size It is a 153 board and my boot size is a 10 even at a pretty severe angle The boot hangs over a couple of inches. And picking my board size I used the collarbone to chin formula and use my chin which would be the highest point but now I find out according to them that size is only good to 180 lb or I weigh 195 lb I have left a message with their customer service 5 days ago and I'm yet to get a reply from them I am pretty disappointed I have a board that may be too narrow with no bindings and I don't know what to do now since I am not hearing back from them I sent them an email now and hopefully they will answer that. I understand I probably should have investigated pretty deeper into this before ordering but this is my first time ordering a board boots and binding so I think they should be set up when you're buying the board and boots if they're not compatible it should give you some sort of warning hopefully we could get this resolved before my trip next month if not I will probably have to return all this equipment and get it from somewhere else. Update, they did get back to me after they read this review. I tried to reorder everything in the appropriate size then they went and canceled my order on their own I don't know why cuz I was going to return the other stuff and just pay for my new order and get my money back hopefully on the first order. So I end up having to pay full price for bindings $120 instead of $50 which would have been in the package deal they wanted $35 to send the board back and I believe another $35 to send me a new one so that would be another $70 on which is only $180 board. I found a board somewhere else I kept the boots and bindings and gave their board to a friend's kid who had some boots and bindings to put on it now everybody's happy and I won't shop here again.
