They will ban you when you complain about the casino in the chat even when you have money on your account.
DONT GO IN THE ENGLISH CHAT - the mods dont speak english and are completele incompetent.
All of them are using translators thats why on big problems they dont understand you and start to say to you that they will ban you for complaining.
This mod nicks "Johntwice" and "Justin" are 24/7 there and they call you instantly "BRO". lol
By the way.
Its a scam casino they have automated triggers in Dice. You can read online how triggers work.
They have OWN proof of fairable script that want to make you believe that this is fair but its NOT!
You can use every other hash calculator and you will never get the same result as the script says!

Banned my account

Banned my account and confiscated my balance once I won! A total scam and the customer support simply ignores me! Should have stayed with trustdice not biting the bonus from this scam casino because at least trustdice allowed me to withdraw when I won!

the site Wintomato casino scam.
After i won 3500 usd,they blocked my account
then they ignored me 50 days
today they writed that i had failed kyc and 50 days passed and i do not have option to reopen account. (documents was provided 12.03.2023 and i provided them screenshot from email)

ok, if anyone has read my reviews on here, they realize I can be quite critical of these casino sites. Most of them only care enough to get your money then you screwed. So, when I say this casino is a 5-star champion you can take that to the bank! Firstly, they have a wonderful wheel once you hit level 5 (very easy to do).
