I am writing this to give full recap of what happened as it unfolds and not out of hate. New users beware. I am concerned about entrusting a lot on this website after reading other reviews here, and it was true. Good thing I only put in $10.

Cutting the chase, they will not give your winnings when you deposit low amount and win big with it.

They will accuse you of multiple accounts but all I ever did is to join the website from a referral from one of their players. At first I thought everything was very fun because this this person who is advertising a lot in social media even gave me an incentive when I lost my $10, giving me several bucks more to continue playing, which I thought was nice, but all of it was an illusion as they will not give you money if you win it back. When you ask them what has been their basis for the allegation, their support will ignore you. I have receipts of my email getting nowhere when their support said to contact them there instead. One of them even said that I was farming, which was impossible. I asked how could have I "farmed" if I never even use a single feature of their website about them giving free money?

I missed the time when it was 3 years ago with this site. Here are the changes that have been making the site very bad compared to its competitors.

1. The minimum bet to activate flash betting has been increased. This feature is what made people to come over to this site as far as I have seen over time. I don't really know the reason behind this, but it made the site less appealing.
2. The exclusive games have unappealing game features compared to its competitor, S***e. For example, Blackjack natural hand only pays 6:5, Baccarat bets lose on tie and there are no natural wins if your hand is 8 or 9, and their exclusive Dice, Mines and Limbo version has poor RTP (obviously not 1%). It seems to me that you have just copied the games from your competitors and rebranded it. You could have improved it in terms of return instead of changing the cosmetics which really didn't add any charm at all.
3. The free perks diminished greatly in value. It is now as if it has no more worth at all. The amount it provides isn't even suitable for "game testing purposes" anymore. I understand that you are doing business and not to give out free money but your competitors are now miles ahead of you with these adjustments.
4. VIP. The requirement is absurd. Even if there is "VIP Transfer" option, all the changes that you have been making isn't helping to pull them in. You literally just copied what S***e is already doing.
5. Leveling. I have noticed how difficult the parameters to obtain now in order to level up. A new user will take days, if not weeks, just to reach level 2 for newbies. On top of that, there are features that other sites normally allow without the level restrictions. Again, I understand that you may just be wanting to keep your business safe but the model you're implementing is just simply not enticing.
6. Security. What do you think players will react if they realize that you cannot even maintain your social media channels properly? Hacking incident - that only means your entire business is not safe to stay with. How can we entrust our money to you if a simple maintenance or security of your support channels can't be sustained? I'm not even mentioning our personal data that we already have with your business. How about that?
7. Employee Code of Conduct. Your moderators surely need training on how to provide proper customer service. Aside from grammar lapses, your moderators are biased and does not take any accountability whenever they make mistakes. Instead, they gaslight the players that we are ungrateful for the free money that they give away. Not only this is unhealthy within the community, this is also unprofessional.
