Abysmal customer service.

Abysmal customer service.
Received a pair of boots, too small, returned the boots with the QR code they provided, something evidently went wrong with royal mail, royal mail tell me they have to claim because it's the sellers paid for service.
No refund received, have resorted to disputing payment with my bank.
