accidentally accepted bonus, its impossible to wage money, if u don't wage it in month u lose earnings, if u lose money nothing.
Can't repeat bets for wage, have to wage x3 or more deposit and have to be different multie bets, can't be repeated, IMPOSSIBLE, SCAM, DONT TAKE BONUS
After some earning my bets are limited to 1 euro, now I can just wait to bonus expire and so they can stole money from account.

UPDATE:
After all this they removed my withdrawal options to only "JETON", that means making new account, depositing money, verification, adding cards, depositing to their fraud site and making new withdrawals.

Worst online casino ever. Depositing money is easy, there’s no limit, and the casino actually works just fine. But to withdraw your money, you have to go through two tough weeks with verifying, sending them about 500 different documents, just to prove your address. And then there’s a limit on the withdrawal, which is fair. But that just means that you have to notify them about the withdrawals multiple times, otherwise they forget to do it, or just cancel your withdrawals. I’ve talked to customer support, probably 40 times, they are very polite, buuuut they don’t help you for shit. Worst withdrawal system ever, feels like scam, should be closed in my opinion. It really can’t be true that it’s the customer, who has to remind the company about the withdrawal being done. Horrible casino

From where to start… Biggest scam casino online . Withdrawal is so bad that they make u running in circles . When u make reservations for withdrawal they cancelled your reservation and make impossible for taking your money. They always changing letters or inserts numbers in name of website . They make it that I can’t withdraw my winnings cca 25000 euro and now they blocked me . Now from my phone is when I try to log in description that casino not available in Deutschland and from phone of my friend ist allowed . So they are scamers and thieves

Casinos biggest win after loosing 700 Euros was max 10 Euros, no free spins, no nothing… worst casino experience.

They do not let you approve your documents. At first they say it is approved, but when you try to withdraw - they make up stuff… I have been in so many casinos, this is the first where I had such problems.

By far the worst casino i have played on. Servers are slow and the worst of all is the authentication process... My god i was sending documents for a month and they everytime they didnt like a document. Scammers. Never pay you what you win with no reason. They told me that i am not verified ( i was) and that the money that i won its because of bonus ( i cancel my bonus before withdraw.)

They will never pay you out the money they owe you, j my they will say your verified then when it comes to actually paying it you then will cancel your withdrawal and say that you are not varified. So you upload a bunch more documents, they then say you’re now varified, you try to withdraw and boom, you’re not varified again. Scam scam scam
