Excellent customer service. Ordered games, received them promptly but had an issue with one game. Called winning moves, and they apologised and corrected the issue immediately. Very impressed with their customer service skills - they were professional, friendly and very polite. I’ll be ordering from them again in the future.

Fantastic company
Amazing customer service, they handled what I considered to be a fairly trivial issue extremely well and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to buy their products again, they obviously value their customers. I very rarely leave reviews for anything but Rachel and Ana at Winning Moves are a credit to the company.

Excellent Customer Service
I needed their help when I found that I was 2 pieces short on completing a jigsaw. The company I purchased it from were not interested in replying to my correspondence and I turned to Winning Moves to seek their assistance.
This morning I received the 2 pieces I required to complete the puzzle
I have been sent updates throughout their search and I will buy from them direct in future . An excellent company where customer service is above and beyond .
