So my initial experience with Winna was good. I thought it would be a legit place to enjoy casinobgames.
Since then I have seen and experienced some of the worst fraud and deceit to there players. They have continuously not payed players for malfunctions on their platform. They have changed their bonus structure over and over to not pay the players. And now they made a new game which they illegally set the possibilities of winning impossible. They stole and scammed everybody and they should not get away with it.
STAY AWAY!!

customer service/live support staff are very unattentive during my vip transfer process. site is very laggy n glitchy, theeres beeen multiple times i hop on winna.com and its logged onto someone else profile/account. they also practice seed manipulation and cheat their players oiut of quite possibly tens of milklions of dollars. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This site not properly withdrawal time to time my withdrawal amount not received and me slot game use played and win 3000 $ but this site not pay and my account ban.

A fraudulent gambling site, which doesn't provide bonuses as agreed and makes it difficult for people to wager, elsewhere it's 1:1, here it's 1:3.5 for wagering on original games, very unsatisfying.

I decided to try this site after seeing several promotions and the so-called VIP benefits, but my experience was far from good. The offers look attractive at first, but once you start using the platform, you realize that the terms and conditions make it very difficult to actually benefit from them.

The wagering rules are not clearly explained in the beginning, and it feels like the bonuses are designed in a way that keeps players betting longer instead of giving real value. What bothered me the most was the lack of helpful support. When I had questions about the promotion and wagering details, the responses were slow and not very clear.

The platform also feels inconsistent, with promotions that sound great but don’t really provide the value you expect once you start playing. Overall, the experience felt misleading and frustrating, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it based on what I went through.

Winna completely lost whatever respect I had for them with the insanely avaricious changes they've implemented in recent months. While essentially framing an update as though they were "listening to community feedback", they announced that they were increasing the progress players would make towards their VIP levels / rewards when wagering on their original (i.e. "provably fair") games. That would be a great & welcome change by itself, but -- without telling the community (obviously) -- they concurrently manipulated their algorithm to effectively scam players out of more of their money, also reducing bonus payouts earned through wagering (which was the whole point of updating the wagering progress from 25% to 100% to begin with) and, as an ultimate act of bad faith, they've been actively snuffing out criticism / call-outs for these changes by seemingly randomly banning players who have tried to warn the community indefinitely...

The worst / most heinous thing is that the algorithm change *has* actually been 100% confirmed using the game seeds and hashes they present you in their UI as evidence that their games are indeed "provably fair". It has been shown 100% they've been scamming players via a new algorithm for their original games. The algorithm has been provably manually changed to reduce the probability of players getting a big multiplier in originals, which is bad enough; however, they *also* have actually lowered the total $$ payout value when someone *does* manage to hit a big multiplier in those games (in some dramatic cases, shaving a 1000x win down to a 130x) drastically reducing RTP and essentially converting those games into a pure cash grab for Winna at the player's expense.

I'm ashamed to say Winna used to be my #1 casino, and I've gotten many friends to sign up because I thought they were the most honest / rewarding in the industry. Obviously that is not the case; the greed is astounding... Genuinely shameless. Do better.

This site continues to have difficulties sending payouts. I've won multiple times with deposit and the withdrawals never go through.

Winna claims their system is provably fair, but from my experience it does not appear to be fair at all. I have noticed several situations where bets seem to be clipped or outcomes change in a way that does not match the expected odds.

A provably fair system should allow players to verify that results are generated fairly and cannot be manipulated after a bet is placed. However, the verification process on Winna is unclear and does not provide enough transparency to prove that the results are truly fair.

Im a new player there and started playing alot , when i withdraw or tip anyone it stays on hold (Waiting for manual approval ) and then gets denied. I hate this shit happening to me . And always the same people claiming the rains and shit.

Terrible customer service and codes that get insta farmed and impossible to claim.. I do not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Well there is site goes down most of the time codes don't work too...support never answers or long wait times. Futhermore, not a trusted site to play on STAY AWAY.

This casino used to be fun but lately the casino has been acting funny wins glitch and don't pay out as they should customer support is no help and seem to be helping the casino cover up their glitches. This casino is supposed to be provably fair but it's definitely not I warn other not to deposit here but find other more trustworthy casinos

Winna Casino has serious credibility problems. Multiple players have experienced high‑multiplier wins not being paid out correctly, with large hits being reduced or partially credited. When these issues were raised, support offered no real explanation and avoided taking responsibility. Also has history of removing affiliates from the codes to put under anothers when its clearly stated in their TOS they cannot.
A casino should be transparent and fair — this one consistently falls short. Until they address these payout discrepancies and treat players honestly, I cannot recommend them.

well, woulda put 0 stars if possible, theyve been caught tweaking with their provably fair odds and was called out on that. winna agreed to make amends by refunding “all players who got affected by it” which they didnt.

This casino is pretty shady. I've been hearing lots of bad things but I've personally experienced trash firsthand. 2 days ago I wagered somewhere between 2 and 3 thousand dollars and it shows I only wagered $7. I asked support what's going on and they said to give it time to show up in my system it's been 2 days n it still hasn't changed. I've also heard players are getting big wins clipped and not being paid. I've had plenty of other issues with this site when I first did my vip transfer I was giving a bonus with a wager requirement that I met but I wasn't able withdraw because they said I wasn't verified which I was. After 2 days of arguing I signed in and the bonus was completely gone from my account.

There customer service very slow and bad and the withdrawals are slow and reviews and pending all the time, would not recommend playing on there terrible site.

This site is running a clip script. I hit a 1000x multiplier but was taken for 130x, they have been exposed about this also. They are manipulating the RTP and actively ignoring any player who actually manages to beat their rigged math. They have zero intention of being provably fair. Wow, im convinced that winna just has to be the winning casino ! Upon finding out our lovely Paul is apart of our fellow transgender community... I couldn't think of a more perfect person to own such a company...and will be transitioning on over permanently at winna! Always will be confident in no matter what result was given to me, I choose my wins!
