Awful communication regarding withdrawals. Slow verification process & feel ignored. I understand completely verification checks are important, however I have been chasing up my withdrawal for weeks now with poor communication, and hear nothing for days on end. Hopefully I will be able to update this review with an outcome soon - but currently I am left feeling completely ignored with no clear understanding of what is going on whatesoever.
Update - apparently my verification has now been approved but still no updates on withdrawal. Constant phone calls and emails and poor responses. Will update once sorted hopefully

I am currently waiting for a large withdrawal. I have experienced the same issues I am currently just providing my bank statements for 6 months and I have been trying to make my withdrawal for 3 weeks.
I just want someone to email me back or get on the phone and communicate with me. Obviously it is very concerning as it's a large amount of money.

I won over £2,000 in winnings. I tried to withdraw my funds and I ended up jumping through loops when providing ID. I gave them my driving lience, Bank statements, proof of address ect. They then stopped replying back to me. my aaccount has been blocked and Emails are being ignored. its taken just over a month now and i still havent been paid my winnings.
