I have tried to complain to them and every contact they ignore me.
I deposited 10.00 on a promotion to spin a wheel and get free spins. I won 100 spins and got only a few pounds in bonus money.
I play on a game that i chose and wasnt doing to great but then i had a bonus round on a 50p bet. Which i was unaware at the time i was using bonus funds, i then go on to win the grand jackpot of the game at 2500 and i was over the moon. To be lucky enough to win a jackpot and as its nearly christmas until when i went to continue to play all the money was gone and they only gave me 400 some in money and some in bonus money still.
I know other sites wager but i would of took out most of that money but no not this site all winnings are capped at 400.
Please dont waste your money and hope on this site they are unbelievable!!!!!

Do not I repeat do not play with wink slots they have stolen my money I won..o withdrew some money I won and it’s just being held they asked for all my I.d (passport, bank card , private letter with address and my bank statements) which I provided all and they are still saying that they are not satisfied with my verification .it’s a way to not pay people there winnings I’m going to be taking this further it’s disgusting what they have done I am not letting them get away with this is disgusting

Frustrating withdrawal of winnings.To cut the long story short i won a total of 4,100£. The first withdrawal of 600 was smooth. Then i won 3,000 after a deposit. When i chrcked its status was "Recieved" so i waited for it to move to approved. Till it was days i kept asking chat support for updates they said i was asked for verification and was sent an email (that by the way i have not recieved) so i complied so i can get my winnings. Then have not got any emails about the update so i kept asking and the agents say to wait for security team. Then i asked an update the next day and was told that it was not approved so asked me to send it to their chat support so i sent them again. Next thing you know it its not approved again. It was so frustrating coz you just want your winnings. The fact that they want to verify you after winning big instead of doing it when you sign up for the app is frustrating. So i sent them again after the "Security team" sent me an email about documents i have submitted. So last monday i did send them again. So left it since then. So i won't get stressed about it because its big amount. Then when i checked my account to get an update i am now blocked. My account was blocked.so i managed to find a way for chat support and was told yesterday documents are approved but for security reasons they had to suspend. See how frustrating that is after sending all documents to prove your identity. I dont know what else they need to for verification of identity. I am this close to asking for legal consultation about this. I have all screenshots of chat support and progress of the winnings in the app before they blocked me.I just want this sorted out. They told me i should be contacted latest 1-2 days. I'll give an update and hoping ita a good turn around. But its giving me stealing your win. You deposit and play fairly but this is what they give you.
UPDATE-i followed up this morning was told verification was approved and will revieve sn email within today so i did not. So i asked why have i not recieved one was told i did not send documents and i told them i was told it was approved and so told me i dont need to send any because it was escaleted so paents team have my case and just wait because they have many payment request. I don't know if this is just another excuse not to pay me. I'll do an update again. I will do a complaint at the gambling commission since i have recorded everything from the day i won and all conversations and emails from support team. I really love this app but they dont treat players fairly.
UPDATE- They are now telling me that my case is still in the process of verification🙃 so are the other agents i was speaking too lying? They give me different answers. It was rejected to it is approved to its with the payments team and now its on the process for verification. Seriously?
