I love the product, but have lately received it half melted (directly from the delivery truck, and not left unattended). Unreliable shipping times also make it hard to plan to be home for the delivery. Sometimes orders are shipped within 2 business days, and others are shipped 5-6 business days. For example, an order placed on a Monday is sometimes shipped that Wednesday, other times not until the next week. Better communication would help this.

You need to work on the flavor and the consistency of the ice cream. Make it creamier like ice cream and make the vanilla and chocolate taste better. The vanilla is horrible I’m sorry to say. The other flavors I’ve tried grow on you the more you eat them. The main improvement needed is the creaminess factor. Also $8 a pint is double what almost all other alternative ice creams are going for. I’m going to have to cutback on my ordering with the holidays coming. Way too overpriced for most people.

I love the chocolate and vanilla. I have been dissapointed in the delivery at times. It is not consistent. But I do enjoy being able to have this dessert while everyone else is having something. I am diabetic, so its a treat for me. Thank you !

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THERE FROZEN DESSERTS. I HAVE ONE EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. IT'S ACTUALLY HELPED ME TO LOOSE WEIGHT. WISH THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE - MARKETBASKET WOULD CARRY IT ALL THE TIME. IT IS OFFERED SOMETIMES. JUST ONE ISSUE - IT SEEMS IT TAKES AWHILE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER THE SHORTEST TIME HAS BEEN 9 DAYS THE LONGEST TIME HAS BEEN 8 WEEKS. I KNOW IT'S A NEW PRODUCT AND HAS BECOME VERY POPULAR. THE COMPANY DOES WORK WITH ME TO GET MY ORDER OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SOMETIMES I WISH IT WOULDN'T TAKE SO LONG.

Customer service and delivery has improved significantly since I started purchasing about 6 months ago. Appreciate the low calorie and carb content of the product, despite the slightly lackluster flavor with certain kinds. Dark chocolate, strawberry, and Cocoa Dough are the best. Price is a bit high, but I am willing to splurge for the enjoyment.

I have made three orders now and love it . Keeps me on my Keto diet and gives me a delicious treat after dinner.

I used to love these low carb ice creams, but the last deliveries have been very disappointing. They don't include the dry ice packs and upon arriving home late at night my package is awaiting for me, but melted. Any kind of ice cream when thawed reduces in height and the consistency changes, well... that's exactly what has happened, all I have now are icys half container each. I did reach out to their customer service and they resend my order, but unfortunately was the same. I would expect any frozen item when shipped include dry ice packs, but they dont anymore. I held my suscription, hoping they'll correct their S&H.

Lots of trouble entering my account. Time between placing an order and just having it mailed is very long. I have received pints that were melted. Refrozen the ice cream has no texture. Online pricing is absurdly above the retail margin.

I like your product a great deal. I very much want this market to expand. Most of my friends cannot stomach Wink Ice Cream. For some reason I love it. Getting is a hassle though because so few stores carry it.

love the product! am a subscriber. have at least one pint a day. add walden farms zero-calorie syrup for a delicious sundae. helps keep the pounds off and the cravings away. i would recommend trying all the flavors to find the one that suits you

I have had problems with this company with every order I placed. Customer service doesn’t even respond to your emails either. I have had wrong orders, packages come with open dry bag ice, and my latest with no dry ice and all pints were completely melted. DO NOT order from wink. Just not worth the cost or hassle.

Amazing! It's the perfect substitute for our favorite dessert. You can add low- or no-cal and low- or no-carb toppings for a great sundae. Difficult for my family to pick favorites - most are so delicious.

Obsessed with Wink, I eat 1/2-3/4 pint/night. I never get tired of it (but would love a new flavor -maybe banana?), it doesn't hurt any of my allergies or sesnitivies, and my son is safe around it as well (he has significant nut allergies). Thank you for your amazing product!!

I love WINK. Great variety of flavors. So nice too have something sweet and know that I am still eating healthy.

So delicious and great texture. It's not quite the same as regular ice cream, but really I think it's much better! So in love. Can't live without it!!! 😁 I have wink for dessert almost every night, and am always really looking forward to it.
