Don't get my package
I ordered my item on July 30, 2024 and the company withdrew money the next day. since then I have not received an email that the package should be on its way or any other information. I have tried 5 times to contact the company, I am met with automatic emails saying that they will reply to me within 2 working days, but I receive nothing, I have looked through the spam filter on my email and nothing has arrived either, their chatbot does not respond either not during their opening hours. I can only tell others to stay far away. and yes, I have not received my money back.
