Horrible customer service
The bag I ordered was in a different size than the picture advertised on their website. Insufficient product description as well. Now have to pay €4 to return a product that I didn’t want to order
Update: after discussion with customer service, got a €7.5 voucher as compensation for the fact the seller advertised the wrong size bag. However, I was refused a refund for returning the bag and it was sent back to me, as the seller claimed I had scratched the buckle. I had the bag in my hands for 10min to assess it’s not what I ordered and then I put it back in the box exactly how it was packed. They also sent the bag without any protective stickers but they claimed to Winkelstraat that the bag was sent with stickers on - now I was the liar. The fact I was misled to which size bag Im buying didn’t matter anymore. So they sent me the bag back and refused to refund. Winkelstraat took no responsibility for this horrible experience and stopped responding to my messages. I will never order from this website again - there is zero customer protection and product information is lousy. Very unprofessional. 400€ down the drain.
