Crooks - Absolute and Total Scammers
Crooks. Used them to send an Xmas present to someone in another state. Took my money. Refused to send tracking info on the claimed "shipment" which, as far as I can tell, never took place. After months of ignored emails, they finally replied to one and saying something like "Oh, that was a long time ago - we shipped the product & nobody was there to sign for it." If that were true, an honest merchant would inform the buyer at the time instead of ignoring repeated emails for months. An honest merchant wouldn't ignore a request for a tracking number at the time of shipment and continue to refuse to give a tracking number later to prove they'd even sent it. The lady I sent it to says there was no evidence of any attempted delivery. I repeatedly asked for any evidence they actually even shipped it but they just ignored me. All but 2 of my emails have been ignored and the 2 answers I got were run-arounds. I repeatedly asked for a refund and have been ignored. The only offer they made was to "re-ship" (in quotes because I see no evidence they ever shipped it to begin with) if I'd send them more money. Absolute and total thieves.
