Made an order, then they notified that some item is not available so I agreed with a replacement. Then they notified that package is shipped, but it is late by one week and no meaningful update. Just repeating that they will get in touch with DHL. Let's see if I will get my items or at least a refund.

Had a fantastic wine tasting today with Joana who was so knowledgeable and after asking about wines we enjoyed found us some fabulous wines to taste. Would highly recommend booking a session here.

Have been a customer for many years. Great selection of very good wines in all price ranges. Very supportive staff and management. Shipping is mostly OK but sometimes damages occur. It is however handled quickly by Wines & Co. Sometimes we and our friends place larger orders in order to reduce the transportation. We and our friends are really fond of Portugese wine and we will most certainly return with more purchases.

I had a great experience in the shop at Amancil and decided to purchase a delivery to my home in Ireland, the first delivery went smoothly but.. when I ordered a second delivery things took a turn. After 3 weeks I contacted to query delay, was informed it was DHL delay, I had to keep checking in multiple times to see where delivery was, no pro active comms, had to continually chase. Contacted DHL myself and got confirmation the delivery was lost and I should get a refund from Wines&Co, I have been trying to get my refund for over 3 weeks now with no luck. Very frustrating, no updates or timely response to comms, very, very disappointing experience and no one in the company taking responsibility to resolve, may have to go legal route to get refund now as it is 8 weeks since I placed order of over €500.

We were very impressed by the Lagos store team, who arranged a private tasting after we'd attended one of their open evenings and Joana was charming.
This resulted in us ordering about 4 dozen bottles for shipping back to the UK.
All good so far but our fulfilment experience (through DHL) was a disaster, with our order effectively 'disappearing' for a week after it was said to have reached the UK and a confirmed delivery date had been missed with no explanation or follow-up.
Turned out the flimsy (original vineyard) boxes that Wines & Co had shipped our order in had been damaged in transit and the consignment finally arrived in a sorry looking state.
Fortunately no bottles were broken, although a few foils/labels had been torn, but we would be reluctant to use this service again without clear assurances that stronger packaging will be used.
Also disappointed at Wines & Co response to these issues and they need to be more pro-active in supporting customers experiencing problems.

Amazing shop with a great selection of wines, staff with great wine knoledge and very friendly, definitly reccomend it to any wine lover.
