Wine received and now happy

I ordered a magnum of Chianti in a wooden box as a birthday present. It arrived 3 weeks after ordering (3rd Feb). Following an initial problem with communication I was contacted and given a delivery date and was kindly given an extra bottle for the inconvenience caused. Thank you WINEIT. Just keeping your customers informed is all that is needed and perhaps you should update your website if something is out of stock.

Take order and payment even if product quantity is not in stock

Made a repeat order for three bottles of a specific type of Prosecco. They took the order and payment and only when I had emailed to complain about the delivery time did they get in touch to say they had no stock (despite what their website stated) and that were just sending 2 different bottles of pink Prosecco (which the people who they were for do not like) and I was made to feel like they were doing me a favour. Won’t be ordering from them or recommending them to anyone

Third case and no disappointments whatsoever!

I'm on my third order and have been blown away by the amazing wine and variety! I cannot believe how delicious they are and worth the money! Have stopped my virgin wine subscription because WineIt quality is second to none! It's hard to have a favorite as so far they are all exceptional! My friends and family have become customers and say the same! I beg anyone to give it a try and will continue on recommend WineIt to everyone! Best italian wine at reasonable prices in UK!
