I had a $500 order somehow get lost (probably stolen) by the USPS. This wasn't Windy Nation's fault and it was crucial for my car audio project. USPS doesn't cover lost items even if it's $500 worth which blows my mind. I reached out to Windy Nation about the issue, and shockingly, they actually replaced my order at no cost to me (eating the loss themselves) and shipped it out that week so my project could continue on time.
It's rare to have businesses stand by quality customer service like this, and it wasn't their mistake to begin with. I felt like something like this needed to be shared, Windy Nation really stands by their customer service.
