Scott is extremely knowledgable and clearly loves jewellery. This makes him great at advising you what to do with it whether its value is monetary or sentimental. He’s very understanding and I was very impressed with the service. We will be going back to him.

Amazing service. Scott Pride of Windsor Goldsmiths came out to our home to check on some jewellery we wanted to sell. He was extremely friendly and helpful. No hard sell. Gave us an excellent price, including some costume jewellery. As I say no hard sell, no pushy at all. The decision was entirely ours. Managed to purchase a beautiful 1ct White Gold Diamond Cluster Ring, actually from Spain. I made a quick call and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Scott. I expressed we were out of the UK for six weeks and would like the ring posted on our return.

The communication was second to none, the ring arrived by Special Delivery without delay. The box was beautiful and the ring actually took my breath away. It is stunning, pure white diamonds, clear and very sparkly.

I cannot thank Windsor Goldsmiths, enough! I am delighted and can actually highly recommend them. The ring was excellent value, communication was great, along with first class service…, I will be back in the near future.
