Excellent initiative
All products were great. This is a great service for the Caribbean community especially for those who are unable to get out.
Sadly The period between placing an order and the delivery is too long snd
the here isn’t enough notification about delivery date and time. This should be received immediately after the order is placed. If you can’t give an exact date then a timeframe should be given.

Unfortunately the food was spoilt delivery was extremely poor stating the delivered and 1st time they didn’t deliver then 3 days later they attempted by ringing my door and did not give me time to answer my door 2 days later it was spoilt then 2nd delivery plantains were black food was not fresh

Seeing all my West Indian food made me smile as i have been craving home food. Sadly I had to throw my pumpkin away as it had turned to water and covered in mould. Otherwise a fantastic variety of food. I made soup and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Dissapointed quality should be…
Dissapointed quality should be lmportant if product is good quality one wouldn't mind paying extra for it.
Please think of what you would like to receive when purchasing food products and pack accordingly.
I don't purchase these regularly when I do I expect to be able to cook the items instead of having to throw out rotten plantains and pumpkin.
Hopefully this is a one off situation that customer service will fix going forward.

Everything is so fresh. Probably fresh off the ship. No longer have to deal with rude “ shop” owners trying to sell shrivelled dirty pumpkins wrapped up in plastic sat in traffic for 100 years.
If you really want to know what your food should look and taste like Windrush Bay will educate you.Taste and appreciate the difference.

I was informed the food was fresh and well presented when it arrive to the my friend and she really liked it. She was not aware anything like this existed.
However the delivery charges were very expensive and that may put me off from buying again.
