Helped defragment my C: drive
Was having issues with Steam, got a disk write error.
Someone suggested I defragment my hard drive so I ended up finding a guide on the website which worked flawlessly.
I am now (thanks to this site) back with my friends playing games :)

Yesterday I had an error with my VPN and found their guides. Now I know a quick way to solve it (print screens are a great idea because I can follow each step). The info is relevant and easy to understand even for a non-tech-savvy person.

SCAM / Potentially dangerous website
This website is, indeed, a SCAM! It's full of fake articles, fake reviews, fake links to Amazon... complete garbage! Additionally, it tries to make you download suspicious programs e.g. "DriverFix", a so called driver updater that no one has ever heard of (I'm an IT professional). When it comes to positive reviews, it's obvious to me that at least 99% of them got paid (the rest being written by naive people), so don't believe a word of what they say!

1. We are by no means what you refer to as a "scam"...Every year our website is visited by more than 100M readers and they rely on us with our technical expertise. How exactly are we scamming them? We run ads as any other ads and we try to keep them to a minimum.
2. What exactly do you mean by fake articles, reviews and links? All the publishers monetize with Amazon links, this is normal. When we can review a product, we review it.
3. DriverFix is quite reputable, here's what TechRadar thinks of it -> https://www.techradar.com/reviews/driverfix 4 out of 5 stars

We actually tested all the driver updater solutions and were shocked at how annoying were they to the users, whereas DriverFix is very clean and does what it says.

WindowsReport is a SCAM
WindowsReport is a scam! Whenever there is a problem, they suggest you download a software called "Restoro". What you are actually doing is installing malware on your computer. I was amazed to see all the good reviews about this website, which leads me to believe all the good reviews are bots that companies use to misleads people. Do NOT do anything they tell you to do.

Restoro is by no means a malware, it is indeed marked as PUP by their competitors. We suggest the program because we've tested it and it does help with the following issues:
-> malware threats
-> dangerous websites
-> poor PC performance
The program also frees up precious disk space and replaces damaged Windows files.
We serve more than 100M readers every year on our site, we definitely wouldn't afford to recommend malware as that would ruin our business.
I am happy to further address any other concerns you might have.

MS OUTLOOK opening any URL from mail has stopped working.
MS OUTLOOK 2019 URLs would not work. message read "Your organization’s policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk."
Problem was I was hijacked by "webnavigaterbrowser" which my malware program scan found and deleted. However. My Windows default application setting was not changed to a valid browser so Outlook was just failing to find a browser that it could open the URL in.

Microphone disappeared…
I was trying to increase the sensitivity of the microphone on my Samsung Laptop when I hit the OK the microphone disappeared, I could no longer speak to my laptop, a major problem with so many Zoom meetings. Looked online for an answer, some sites advised downloading drivers, that did not work. Then by accident found this site and followed simple instructions, nor have microphone working again, phew!
