Great experience
Great experience with Brian Martinez explaining the various options and answering my questions so I felt confident in the choices I made. Installation with Mauricio and his team was amazing. They were professional, efficient, friendly and organized. My home was treated with care and everything was cleaned well after everything was done. I originally was unsure if what I was told to expect would be the reality, but it was. The 2 man team was pleasant, efficient, and minimized the intrusion. The work was and looks good, while assimilating flawlessly with the look of the condominiums.

Friendly experienced staff. They arrived within time frame. They were very patient explaining process and showed me how to properly open and clean windows. Cleaned up their mess before leaving property.

Make all the windows on the front match.
The guys did a great job on the install. Windows look nice. Only problem was the front slider is a 6over6 and the rest of the windows on the front of the house are 6over9. The office is going to have the contractor come out to look at correcting the problem. My wife made sure she told everyone she wanted the slider to be 6over9 like the rest of the windows on the front of the house. Everyone agreed that they could make the slider a 6over9 like the other windows. Hopefully the contractor can get this problem resolved.

Replace screen
The service technician notified me when he was near my home, and when he arrived he was very nice. He replaced a torn screen and walked me through fixing the window that was sticking. Totally satisfied.

Contractors did an excellent job…
Contractors did an excellent job installing windows and patio door
There was a Robles with measurements on the door causing us to have to wait an additional 6 weeks for install completion. Company wanted us to pay 18k after the windows were installed but according to contractual agreement we were not pay final payment until project was completed.

The salesperson was great to work with. The windows were installed on the date planned and all the rotten wood was replaced. My windows are beautiful and the temperature in my house was immediately stabilized.
