I had a 1 window project for my house. Absolutely no one that I contacted (Over 10 different places) would do this job except for Window Nation.
These guys are the most professional, most efficient, most courteous, respectful of my property, & caring, PERIOD. Now in my book there's only 1 company that will get my business for windows, window projects, & any of the other services they offer. Price was exactly what I expected & quality of the window that was custom made to order is top notch! Installation crew was proficient, courteous, & very good as well! Can't say how grateful I am that they were willing and able to take care of my window.

Their speed at which they were able to compete the installation and how good everything looks.

I do appreciate them , and I am grateful for fixing the problem, which I was in fact partially responsible for, but due to a total misunderstanding with a salesman and us.
I will recommend that company to everyone, They didn’t disappoint us, they understood us, the job is done nicely , and I love my windows now.

the installers were on timed, did their job in a professional manner. when they were finished everything was completely cleaned. The job looked great!

This has been the worst experience of my life with a contractor. After ordering my windows at the beginning of February, they ordered the wrong size window and had to replace one. They did not finish the install on any window i purchased. They put the windows in and never sealed them or put the trim on. Allowing water damage inside the sills and walls. They also did not have any of the screens I ordered. They came back again late August and installed the last window but did not finish the other windows again. We are still waiting for them to come back and make this right after almost 7 months of waiting. As of the writing of this They still havent even scheduled to have this completed. I would give zero stars if possible. And will make sure no body i know will ever use your company for anything.

The paint on the windows are over sprayed in places or not painted correctly in others.. there were screws loose as well. I would appreciate if you could fix them or give us some sort of discount. Paid a lot of money for not so great looking windows.

Windows installed July 8,2025. They broke our main big living room window. It will be two weeks to come in and install. August 14.... a month later. Received a call that morning to say they ordered a Sash wrong. No install and no window. Then they drop off upstairs screens which were forgotten and discover that window is installed wrong. Weep hole covers missing as installers caulked over them all. A different story from everyone I speak with. One man was sarcastic and borderline rude. We paid a lot of money way for a crappy job and bad customer service.

They added their cost of me using my charge card to pay for the windows. Then lied and would be evasive when asking why the charge was different from the cost of the windows. They refuse to send a written detail of the work order.

Window Nation did a great job in the overall process. Good quality products back-up by warranty. The best part was the installation process which was all day but seamless and very well organized and taken care.

The installers were right on time and worked right through until all the windows were put in, trimmed out and sealed. They were very efficient and professional. We would definitely use Window Nation again. The windows look beautiful! Thank you for a job well done. There was no need for any clean-up after they had gone.

I don’t take kindly to the workers sent here who can’t speak English when I have a question. There was a problem with closure on one window, when that was resolved by an actual Windows Nation tech/employee, I raised the question about the seams in the screen, and why they are black and have a gap. Turns out 6 windows had not been ordered the part for the first installation.
I will have negative reviews and zero referrals. I don’t care about $$ off for some referral, that won’t happen. The one day installment resulted in two more visits. How about a $1,000 refund?

They were very professional, very efficient. I like that they put plastic down over my table and furniture so that wouldn't get Dusty and cleaned up everything and made sure that my windows worked perfect

It was just overall a very easy process. The installation team was fantastic and very efficient. Overall from start to finish, a pleasant experience.
