Window Cleaner Reviews

I’ve used Binkil for years to clean all of our bins and have always received a great service. I’ve recently started using their window-cleaning service too and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The staff are always polite and courteous, and nothing is ever a problem for them. They do a really thorough job and the windows look fantastic afterwards.A great company all round – reliable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I’d definitely recommend them.

This is my second window clean - pleased with the service. Nice touch getting a text before they arrive. The cleaners knock before starting
the clean. I’ve used BinKill for some tume for the bi s with no complaints.

I use Binkil for both cleaning my wheelie bins and more recently, cleaning our windows. Their service is excellent and they always let you know in advance of when they will be coming, unlike our Current Window cleaner. The two lads we’re extremely polite and went about their job in a very courteous and professional manner.
All five stars for Binkil.

Excellent service, very efficient. Whenever I've had a question I've had a reply within the hour, communication is very good.

Fantastic service from start to finish ,great job and great communication letting me know when they would be at our property.

Great service with friendly staff, accommodating to your requests and good at what they do. Great communication throughout and would highly recommend using their services.

I had some queries about the technique used when I saw my windows after they were finished, and I have to say that the customer service was fantastic. Prompt, tailored, and dedicated to the customer experience

We have been customers for a few months now and the service it’s just excellent!Great company, communication and lovely friendly staff….window cleaning and bin cleaning highly recommended.

I have spoken with both Kelly and Amy in the office and they were so nice and helpful .I particularly liked when James arrived to clean the windows the other day after heavy rain and asked if we would like them doing on another day.Did not regret having them cleaned and special thanks to James for that and also getting past a huge plant in the front garden to make sure all the windows and sills were cleaned!
Big thanks to the bin cleaning team also.
Highly recommend!

They do a really good job and are very efficient. You can speak to a person when you ring them and theyre very pleasant and helpful

Was impressed that we had a home visit after first window washes to check on how they did. Seem very nice and easy to deal with

I need to be in for access to the back of the house so it’s great knowing when the window cleaners are coming. If not convenient an email to the office the night before means that the appointment is rescheduled. Windows and frames lovely and clean too.

Very friendly great job

Very friendly! They did a very good job on the windows

The gentleman that came and cleaned my bin today was very helpful and very polite.

Highly recommend! 5 🌟

On a personal note... Thank you! Ours retired about 3years ago and we have had a few since... and they have not been the greatest.
You have a long term and very happy customer! 🙌
Best of luck on your expansion 🙏
