I called this company when I was having difficulty finding the right part

I called this company when I was having difficulty finding a replacement part for my multipoint lock on a French door. I spoke with Matt twice. He was incredibly helpful! Rather than "guess" at what I needed, he had me send him a picture of the mechanism and the lock cylinder. He immediately recognized the hardware, gave met he part numbers and even gave me a few pointers on installation. He truly went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend this company based on this experience, and will happily use them again.

Exact part i needed for my door

Matt got me exactly what i needed for my door. I have been searching for a Hoppe door lock for my Weathershield door and they got me the exact part for my door and even helped me with taking my measurements. Thank you so much!

Great store!

Great store! Matched my 35yr old sliding door handle perfectly. Despite the age of my part, the exact match was in stock, reasonable price, shipped promptly. Very well protected in shipment. Customer service very helpful. Delighted with overall experience.
