Just a general review to say the service you received from the dealship is second to none always helpful willing to get you the best service you can get from a caravan dealer, been using them for 20 years plus and always trustworthy and honest in all departments Well Done James and all the team at Winchester Caravans,Roland & Zena

The service ‘manager’ we dealt with today has no idea who we worked for or the real reason for our visit. He really wasn’t in the least bit bothered and delivered a truly appalling customer service experience. Big mistake!

We recently purchased our first motorhome from Winchester Caravans and could not be more delighted with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and highly informative.

James took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and, as complete newcomers to the motorhome world, reassured us that he and his team will be there to support us as we embark on this new adventure.

The customer service and professionalism we experienced were exceptional, and we have every confidence in the aftercare and facilities available. We would not hesitate to recommend Winchester Caravans to anyone considering purchasing a motorhome.

Ordered drinkware from their online shop two days ago and received them today at noon. Very happy with items and they were very well-packed, too. Fast, excellent service, thank you so much!

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought an older van from them which they normally don't sell on the forecourt. Some issues were resolved prior to pick-up but later there were some other issues (it was an older van after all). I live 2 hours drive from Winchester caravan and they stated I could drop it in to a local repairer, get an estimate then they would pay upon approval. Van needed £455 worth of repair and Winchester caravans had the money in my account within 2 days. That is what I call great service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The management and staff are exemplary, having had an awful experience with a new Bailey caravan they go above and beyond to correct problems that were created at manufacturing stage, they do not shy away from any issues and nothing is too much trouble. Their integrity is second to none.

We brought a Bailey Adamo 60-4 through Winchester caravans. It arrived from the factory to them with huge amount of faults. They have been fantastic as of now a large amount of faults have been rectified but lots more to do. Nothing is to much trouble I have spoken to a number of people Peter, Zoe, Alan, Steve, Trevor, Jamie, everyone has time to listen to my gripes Baileys didn’t do their job properly when they released the vehicle Winchester caravans are doing an outstanding job sorting the mess out Recommend them to anybody.
