Thank you for your feedback. The most important point first: the only mistaken charge you received on 6 July 2026 was refunded to you in full that same day - within about an hour of it being brought to our attention. Nothing was retained for a service you no longer wanted, and your account has no active services and no billing agreements with us.
This last charge should not have gone through. We treated it as a PayPal-subscription mistake to be corrected from the outset, we have never suggested otherwise, and we did not dispute for a moment that it had to be returned to you.
We would also like to be precise about the sequence of charges, as this appears to be central to your review. Your review states: "asked for cancelation got recharged twice after opening ticket to cancel that."
The complete, date-by-date payment history of this account:
- 6 May 2026 - payment for the initial order. Made before your cancellation request.
- 6 June 2026 - automatic monthly renewal. Also taken before your cancellation request, for a period during which the service was active and fully available.
- 7 June 2026 - cancellation request received. Confirmed by us in writing the same day, and again on 9 June.
- 6 July 2026 - the only wrong charge taken after your cancellation request. It was not a payment we initiated or forced through: it was collected automatically by PayPal under the recurring subscription, still active in your PayPal account at that moment. Our Terms and Conditions (Section 3.4, "PayPal and third-party recurring payments") place the management of such a subscription on the customer's side - but we did not rely on that; we simply refunded the payment in full.
To be equally clear: not a single payment was retained by us without justification. The May and June payments covered monthly periods during which the service was fully delivered, and the only wrong payment collected by PayPal after the cancellation was returned in full within the hour.
The documented sequence does not match your statement quoted above: after the cancellation request there was exactly one wrong charge - not two - and that charge was refunded the same day. We have openly acknowledged that this single charge was wrong and corrected it immediately. Therefore, your claim that two charges were taken after the cancellation does not correspond to your account's payment records, and we are correcting it here so that readers are not left with an inaccurate picture. Every date above can be verified against the invoices and tickets in the Client Area.
One point seems to have caused confusion, so we want to clear it up. Cancelling a service and terminating it are two different steps. A cancelled service is not deleted or terminated straight away; it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your service was paid through 5 July 2026, so it correctly stayed available to you until it was terminated on 6 July 2026, at the end of that paid period. This is standard practice among many hosting providers and mobile operators. The fact that it stayed active until then did not mean the cancellation had not gone through - it only meant you kept the access you had already paid for.
On the payment-data point you raised earlier: no card or payment-card details of yours were ever stored in our billing system, and there were no saved payment methods held with us in your Client Area. All of your payments were made through your own PayPal account, so there was no card data of yours on our side to hold in the first place. Those payment details existed only inside your own PayPal account, where you added them and where only you could view, change or remove them - we have no access to that account.
If anything still needs looking into, please open a ticket in your Client Area and we will review it personally.

In short: you registered the account with details that could not be confirmed as real, our simple request to confirm them received no answer from you for more than a month, and the payment was still refunded in full. The details quoted below are those entered at registration; no genuine personal data of the reviewer is disclosed.
The order was placed by you on 8 April 2026. The account was registered by you under the name "Rac Bet", with "Rac Bet 1" entered as the street address and "Rac" as the city, under a United States billing address. The order itself was placed from a European Union country, and payment was made by you with a corporate card issued by a bank in Hong Kong. None of these registration details could be verified as genuine, and the name did not correspond to the payment data associated with the order. Providing registration details of this kind is a direct breach of Clause 4.2(a) of our Paid Services Agreement, which every customer accepts when placing an order.
Given these discrepancies, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and KYC Customer Verification Policy which you agreed to, provisioning was placed on hold, and on 13 April we asked you to confirm three basic details: your full legal name, your country of residence and your billing address. No identity documents, scans or photographs were requested - a simple written confirmation of these three details was sufficient. Moreover, our order form itself, where these details were entered, expressly states that accurate personal information is required. This is a standard request that takes a few minutes to complete. Under EU VAT law, the customer's actual country of residence determines the tax treatment of the sale, so we are legally required to resolve any discrepancy in location data before providing services - this is not optional for an EU-based provider. No response was ever received from you.
You requested a refund within hours of placing the order, while the account discrepancies described above were already under review. On 13 April we informed you that confirmation of your account information was a mandatory precondition for processing the refund - the timing of the refund therefore depended directly on your response. Under our Refund Policy (Clauses 6.3, 10.2(c) and 10.5(b)), a refund may be placed on hold pending verification of the refund recipient and the completion of an internal review of the account. By the time your review was posted on 9 May, our verification request had received no answer from you for almost four weeks; it was never answered at all. Following the conclusion of our internal review, the full amount of €14.00 was refunded to your original payment method on 15 May 2026; the transaction reference is available in your ticket history.
Regarding the invoices you mention: our billing system automatically issues an advance invoice for the upcoming billing period for any service that is still listed on an account - this is standard billing practice and does not itself constitute a charge. Since your service was never activated and the account was subsequently closed, the invoice was cancelled and no payment was ever due under it. Your account has no active services and no further charges will occur.
We verify accounts precisely to protect our business, and because EU tax law obliges us to confirm where our customers are actually located. Where registration details cannot be confirmed as genuine, services are not activated - without exception.

My experience with win-vnc.com has honestly been among the best I have ever had with any hosting or server provider.
Their customer service is beyond expectations. I have never waited more than 1 minute for a reply in chat support, which is almost unbelievable today. Even better, the replies are not just fast — they are actually helpful, accurate, and professional. That combination is rare.
I am running a remote Windows 11 server with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Performance has been solid, stable, and smooth.
The only thing I find a bit strange is the server location. I ordered a server in Norway, and it is listed as being in Norway, but when I check via whatsmyip.com, it appears to be in Germany. Based on the network response, Germany honestly makes more sense to me as well. It is not really a problem, because the connection is fast and works very well, but when Norway is promised, I expect Norway.
Aside from that, I am genuinely very impressed. Excellent support, fast lines, stable service, and a very good overall experience.

Disappointing Support Experience During Server Downtime
I'm extremely disappointed with the support team from win-vps. Recently, my server went down without any clear reason, and I was completely unable to connect. I reached out to customer support, expecting prompt and effective help—but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The support team seemed to rely solely on copying and pasting generic troubleshooting steps rather than actually investigating the root cause of the issue. Despite explaining the problem multiple times, I received little more than canned responses that did nothing to resolve the situation.
Even after several hours, I was still left in the dark with no real assistance or explanation. Not having access to my server for such an extended period is unacceptable, especially when the support team shows little urgency or initiative to help.
I expected better from a company that provides critical infrastructure services. If you're looking for reliable support during server outages, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have ordered the service here. 4gb RAM for ubuntu 24. And it's very slow like you're using an Intel Pentium I. Even though in terms of specifications, it should be able to run smoothly.
I complained to customer service, and they even cut off the service until they deleted my account right after I complained the next day.
So, I only use a one-month rental for no more than 3 hours, because it's really like a conch.

Delays, Suspicious KYC, and No Card Removal Options
I recently subscribed to Win-VPS.com, which advertised a “10-minute setup” for their VPS service. However, my experience was far from that. After several hours of waiting, I finally received a response from their support team, instructing me to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This process was quite unusual, requiring me to write specific information on paper and take selfies. I have concerns that these images could be misused for false testimonials.
Moreover, the VPS service was inaccessible until the KYC process was completed, which felt unnecessarily burdensome and raised suspicion. To make matters worse, there is no option to remove my credit or debit card information from their payment panel.
Overall, this experience with Win-VPS.com felt very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against using their service.

One of the worst companies out there. Security wise they are garbage. Their services also don’t work as advertised. More important, I have asked them to cancel my subscription and they refused stating that I need to cancel it out myself(by calling my bank or paypal)

These instructions included step-by-step guidance to ensure you could easily manage the cancellation yourself. Additionally, we emphasized that no further action was required if the server was no longer needed, as the service would automatically stop upon subscription cancellation.
● Offer of Assistance was provided.
Recognizing that clients may encounter difficulties, we explicitly stated:
"We ask you to contact us if you are unable to cancel your PayPal subscription yourself."
This reflects our proactive approach in offering direct assistance. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response or further communication from you regarding this matter.
● Service Usage by you was detected.
Our system logs indicate that your server remained active and online, confirming continued usage of the service. Additionally, our records show that you logged into and actively used the server. As per our policies, services are maintained as active until the subscription is canceled or payments cease, ensuring uninterrupted access for active users. On August 24, 2023, we reached out with the following message:
*"We have detected that you are using the server and it is online. Please cancel the PayPal subscription if you do not need the server.
We ask you to contact us if you are unable to cancel your PayPal subscription yourself."*
You did not respond to this message or cancel the subscription. Under the terms of our Agreement with you, we were unable to disconnect your server without your explicit instruction, as you continued to actively use the service and did not address our communications.
● Multiple Notifications and Reminders were sent to you.
Our system sent multiple notifications regarding upcoming payments and the status of your subscription. Additionally, PayPal regularly sends transaction emails for each successful payment, which include information on how to cancel a subscription. These messages served as consistent reminders that your subscription remained active, and you had the option to cancel it at any time.
● Security and Service Quality
Your comments regarding security and performance are taken seriously. However, we do not have a record of you raising such concerns with our support team. Therefore, it is impossible to respond to this your claim and we consider it not based on real facts. We encourage all clients to report such issues promptly so we can address them effectively.
