Had an issue with a windows 10 pro key, it was replaced with another one that worked without any issues.

You bought Office 365. We indicate in our website that is an account so you must download the program from office.com, install it and then activate it with the account you bought from us. We responded some emails of you yesterday, and you didn't tell us your real problem, just repeated in all emails without clarification "I have a problem"
