I have been working with Wimpole Fillers for more than two years, and what I’m writing here is not advertising — it comes from the heart. During all this time, they have never let me down. Every order I placed was delivered quickly, on time, and with excellent quality.

Communication via WhatsApp is always respectful and professional, and as a regular customer, I even receive some nice bonuses from them. That’s something I truly appreciate.

When I see negative reviews about this company, I honestly think those people have never experienced the real problems you can face with unreliable suppliers. With Wimpole Fillers, I have never had such issues. Even though I’m based overseas, far away, everything always works perfectly.

I can confidently say this is a trustworthy, dependable company, and I am very happy to recommend them.

Ordered items over three weeks ago have not recieved anything even though shipping is in one to two days and no responses when I have tried contacting them.

My package was delayed by US customs and stuck in a stateside hub. My FedEx tracking number was lost in the system and o contacted Wimpole to see if they’ve experienced any problems shipppng here.

They were kind enough to call me and I appreciated such a personalized and prompt customer service response.
My package arrived today and was perfect.

Given the precocious situation our supply chain is currently experiencing, it was assuring to know that they have such a committed level of customer service.

I’d like to renew my review. I have placed 3 orders with Wimpole fillers now. My first order went smooth! Second order we had issues, but I reached out to customer service and we resolved the issue within a reasonable time frame, I very much appreciated the constant communication they had with me!! They didn’t just leave me hanging which was great! And because of that I placed another order today! So we will see how it goes , I mean they have really great prices and products! So as long as we maintain a good relationship I think I’ll stick with them!

Fast and great communication

I had a very disappointing experience.I purchased product and all Exosomes was EXPIRED!!!!!!.I reached out to their customer service multiple times via [Email], but unfortunately, my concerns were completely ignored.

Shockingly bad - no customer service - don't reply to emails. My order has remained on processing for the last 7 days. Emailed them for an update again- no reply. Cancelled my order, still no reply. Be warned don't order from this company…

Shipping very soon

From reading all 1 star reviews of poor communication and no orders being received. It will not be a company I will put my trust and so will not order from such a company

Not received order, I am very disappointed with wimpole pharmacy, I purchased my filler on the 23rd of April and today is first of May still not received the order. it’s very frustrating to see that the delivery is delayed. they have bad customer service I have called several times but not succeeded to process my order.

Ordered almost ten days ago and still haven’t received the stock. Very disappointed

Will no longer buy from wimpole fillers. Made a £400 order, delivery 1-2 days. 3 weeks later I have still not received my order. Spoke to wimpole fillers, when I finally managed to get in touch they said all the products I had ordered were out of stock. However they were still available on the website?? Why they did not inform me of this sooner than 3 weeks? Do not trust this company

Please avoid ordering from this company. Ordered over £300 worth of products and they delivered it to a completely different address. Customer service team was ruthless, didn't give a toss about me losing clients as I had them prebooked. They have STILL not issued my refund!

First time I have ordered NAD+ it was delivered 3 weeks later instead of 1-2 working days they promised. Second order, now I can’t get in contact with them at all. Ordered my product on 17th, 8 days later and again my order is late, I hope, I can get my money back!
