The staff at Wilson Storage were so very helpful & reassuring in helping me work out which storage unit was best for our needs. Moving house is stressful enough but I was made to feel that I would be looked after on moving day & I was! The process was seamless & I was made a coffee once they’d helped me guide the removalists to our storage unit so I could sit & take a much needed breather. Facility is clean & well organised.

All of the staff here are professional and care about their customers. From the moment of needed a storage space to the day of needing to relocate across country they were helpful, clear in communication and did everything they could to assist. I knew my belongings were safe and secure, and in a good facility. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I lost my keys to the locker and they were so helpful in rectifying the problem. My son needed access to the storage unit and I could accompany him. No problem, I just had provide his details and give my written permission. He was then able to access this storage unit.
