I like their staff- friendly and accommodating. Easy access anytime of the day. Clean. Secured. Different types of trolleys are available to use when moving things. Ease of going up and down with big/multiple items due to the industrial elevator. Reasonable price.
One thing I do not like which is significant and a priority/a must for me next time if I look for a storage unit facility - the storage unit MUST be fully covered- the one that we have now is not- the top is completely exposed to dust and water if ever there is a leak in the roof- it is secured by barrier just similar to chicken wire so everything is dusty - I just realised this later when I returned to get something and found every exposed surface to be covered in dust - it would have been better if it is like a container unit so the dust cannot come in - I guess Wilson Storage will have to install individual lights to each storage if that is the case which means more cost to them - but I do not mind paying to keep everything free from dust - you pay more for less work and convenience- I dread the day when everything needs to be moved to the new house 😩😩😩😩😩
This is the reason why I can only give them 3 stars.

Appreciative for Wilson Storage having allowed a dual storage space for a full house of family furniture. Being local, we had access anytime. Access was always facilitated with on-hand large and convenient trolleys.

Furniture remained clean and dust-free for the three years of storage.

We greatly appreciate the ease of contact, and smoothness in dealings with invoices, and storage accessibility, seven days a week, evening hours. Security measures were also given high priority.

The facilities are perfect, clean and well organised. The trolleys on site made our move super easy and free van hire to help on moving day was an amazing bonus! The customer service was excellent Adriana made everything easy and she broke everything down so it was easy understand. I’m so happy we chose this place.
