Bent earrings - poor QC and Customer care
One of the earrings arrived bent. When I contacted the company, their response was "Please don't worry, this earrings is made in sterling silver, it's a very soft material. Could you try to bend it back? We believe it will return to its original shape." This indicates the company's desire to shift the responsibility for damage to the customer, lack of concern for the material (excessive manipulation could weaken or crack the post), poor quality control, and lack of professionalism and customer care. A pair of earrings priced around $300 should be considered high-end and, therefore, be treated with better QC than just offering a "DIY" fix.

there was no response at all to my change of delivery address ..the change was for good reasons ...because nobody would be there to sign for it ...predictably getting this delivery was problematic ..the ring is ok ...I was impressed by the clarity and gem quality of the moss agate ...maybe there was stone size description and I missed it ..I dont think there was a stone size given ..its smaller than I expected ..my wife is happy with it ..the ring is ok ..response and service was lacking

I ordered a ring with an engraving
I ordered a ring with an engraving. The ring did not come with an engraving I wrote customer service asked for their supposed to be money back no hassle guarantee they will not give me my money back. They keep telling me that it looks like there might be words, but there’s literally nothing there. I also had the ring made in a size 5 the ring is not a size 5 because it is too big on me and they keep telling me to go to a jewelry store to get it sized. I would not order from here.
