Not worth the price. Bought a pair of boots just over a year ago, not worn them excessively, only on smart ocassions and already starting to see cracks in the faux leather and the boots squeak horrendously. Not remarkably comfortable either. Bought a pair of vegan doc martens not long after and they’re MUCH better quality for the price. Shame really, I wanted wills to be nicer than what they are.

I have not had issues before with Wills Vegan Store and have really enjoyed their women's work boots in two colours.

I ordered some insulated waterproof Chelsea boots in size 8 (I am always size 8) for a trip abroad at the end of February. I wore them a few times on my trip and quickly realised they were a size too big and were causing me some pain. I tried heel grips/insoles and putting tissue in the toe, none worked.

When I returned I looked at the reviews for the item and quickly saw that they run big and there may be a sizing issue with the item. I didn't realise this beforehand. I have never before bought size 8 shoes that were too big. I have bought size 8 from wills store and they fit fine.

I asked if I could exchange the item ( for a size 7) through the website but was offered a voucher which would mean I would have to pay an extra £90 on top of the voucher (Value £62) to buy the size 7's.

There is little wear on the boots but I was honest about having worn them, I didn't realise the sizing issue immediately.

What made me feel sadder about the situation is that my review on the wills vegan site I made seems to have been taken down. It was not overly negative just mentioned the sizing issue and that the boots had hurt my foot and hip whilst wearing.

I love the boots would just have appreciated an exchange for a size smaller. I was not looking to be refunded and wanted to send the boots back for the size 7s.

Wonderfull shoes. They look and feel top quality. Like walking on a cloud. The service is excellent. The shoes come in a beautiful package which is a delight to receive. A company with such attention to style and detail is precious indeed.

I recently purchased a 3cm men's black belt from here. The belt itself feels good quality, however there was a problem with the buckle that caused the belt to pop open easily when it was worn.

I replied to my shipping email showing the problem with images, and their customer service team responded the same day to ship a replacement belt free of charge. This store clearly cares deeply about their customers and delivering quality. With this level of care, I will certainly be buying more from here in the future (hopefully without needing to contact customer service again!).

As a sidenote, it is so refreshing to be able to purchase quality leather-like products without wearing literal skin. I'm happy to support Will's store knowing that none of these products are made from animals.

I have order a few different products from this store and have always found them to be well made and attractive products. I ended up having an issue with a pair of boots I bought at the beginning of the year and the customer service I received was exceptional. Aarti answered my emails quickly and offered some really good solutions.

I had been searching for the right pair of shoes for weeks before landing on WV Sport Waterproof Hiking Boots. The first time I ordered, my package was "delivered" but I never received it. USPS was no help, and when I reached out to Will's I got a response almost immediately. They re-ordered the boots that same day to ship out again at no cost to me, and they arrived within a week - WAY faster than I thought! Above and beyond customer service, reasonably priced boots, and the shoes themselves are well built and live up to the hype. Cannot recommend enough. Shout-out to Aarti for assisting me with the delivery issues!

I have used WVS for years now and hand on heart, they are the best shoes I have ever owned. Myself and my partner both have the WVSport Hiking Boots. We've walked hundreds of miles in them over the years, through all weather conditions and they are the most comfy, waterproof boots ever.
My job requires a lot of urban walking and I need my feet to be dry and comfortable. I also have a lower back problems and so good quality shoe is a must. I have recently tried the WVSport walking boots and just as expected, they are fantastic! No blisters or sore feet. I can't recommend this brand more!

Wills have fantastic customer service and their returns policy is second to none. I've ordered three pairs from them over the years, two for myself and one as a gift and when I had a problem with one, they were exchanged without question. Will always head to WVS for my walking boots, and the vegan ones last longer than most animal based shoes!

I really wanted to buy the vegan belt as a present and the belt was due to arrive after I needed it by. I emailed customer support, and they sent the belt next day delivery free of charge and it is beautiful!

I bought 2 pairs of hiking boots and absolutely have loved them, fit perfectly, followed the measuring guide. The customer service team looked after me and nothing was ever a problem. It was so nice, I am obviously coming back for my next items. My experience above was with the UK store but I also had an amazing experience with the Australian distributor when I got some boots for my father, nothing was ever a problem with them and it was also so great.Kudos team
