Iack of service...identity theft

I signed for their 200 Spring Challenge this year (April 2020). A few days after this, I got 3 fraudulent challenges to Best Buy for $1428.51. I worked with my credit card company and got my funds back.

When I contacted the company, they did briefly respond and reacted like they had nothing to do with it. My card statement showed the only activity before the fraudulent charges was the race. I did send them the letter via facebook messaging. basic response that is thank you for letting us know and we will get back with you.

I am not the only person to have this experience. I tried to discuss it with them on the phone, but radio silence on their end. Try another group like sportsbackers or yes.fit, if you need a race/challenge
