I had the identical experience to the…

I had the identical experience to the other review. My five figurines never arrived for my Mom's funeral or Celebration of Life Service. My email inquiries never received a response. When I reached someone at customer service they told me I should have noticed the items were back ordered. There was absolutely nothing to indicate this on any communication or on the website. Nor was anything communicated to me after the order went through. The man was rude and hung up on me. My money was refunded but unfortunately the items I was counting on to honor my Mom did not make it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Do not return email order inquires. Finally called and was asked " didn't you see back ordered?" I'm thinking yes, that's why the numerous sent emails and the phone call asking when is my order going to be processed. Two weeks ago they were paid through PayPal. FYI there was no indication of it being back ordered. Don't even see that figurine on their website any longer. Authorized dealer for Willow Tree. Disappointing
