Late night vanity question help.

I reached out at 9pm ET to see if I could get some online help while specifying one of your beautiful vanities. I had clicked into the Houston page and saw two similar vanities featured and wanted to know which was which. Rain was super helpful and cleared up my confusion quickly and linked me to the Orlando vanity.

I’ve bought furniture online before

I’ve bought furniture online before, but I’ve never had such a great experience. The team at Willow Bath & Vanity was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They guided me through every step and made sure the vanity I chose would work perfectly in my bathroom. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Great Quality

Recently renovated our son's bathroom and ordered the Hale Navy vanity from Willow Bath and Vanity. Deep navy that doesn't look black in low light. 36-inch center sink left just enough room. The soft-close drawers are a lifesaver with a teenager. The company impressed me with the quality, you can tell they know what they're doing.

Beautiful Design and Excellent Craftsmanship

"Recently bought the Hampton floating vanity in Linen Beige from Willow Bath and Vanity. Looks clean, mounted securely on the wall. Been using it for a month.

I really liked the company's approach — they actually care about people. Good quality, calm design that's easy on the eyes. It's nice to find a place where it both looks beautiful and is built right. Recommend! "

The vanity was nice but you are on your own

The vanity was nice. It arrives without the sink being attached to the counter top. The placement of the anchor screws in the counter top did correlate to aligning the sink under the counter top. The counter top has a lip all the way around, but it does not fit over the vanity, you must align it on top of the vanity. The counter top and vanity were not flush, so there are gaps where the counter top sits on the vanity. The instructions provided by customer service were not aligned with product received (there were not instructions included in the shipping box). We basically had to figure it all out on our own. I do not recommend

To clarify, our vanities and countertops are shipped separately by design to ensure safe transit and to allow proper alignment during installation. The countertop is intentionally not pre-attached, as final positioning and securing (including sink alignment) should be done on-site to achieve the best fit depending on plumbing and wall conditions.

We understand that this can be unexpected if not clearly communicated, and we’re currently improving our packaging and instructions to make the installation process more straightforward.

Regarding alignment and fit, the countertop is designed to sit flush once properly positioned and secured. If there were any gaps or issues during installation, our team would have been happy to provide guidance or assistance with troubleshooting.

We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving both our instructions and overall customer experience.

Unbelievable

As a follow up to the issue below, Willow contacted me the day this was written, apologized, and made sure the vanity was in transit that day.

I ordered a vanity on the premise that it would ship ASAP, that day or the next. Now 4 days later and they’ve done nothing to expedite the process and it hasn’t even been prepared to ship. I canceled another order and spent $1000 more with them so I could complete a project but it looks like now that I could have had the delayed shipment from wayfair faster than their alleged 1-2 days quick shipping. Don’t try to call and speak to someone there in authority, you’ll just get the runaround.
