Excellent quality products, efficient delivery and great customer care!

I had a little trouble with delivery - but Rochelle was so kind and helpful in getting this organised for me.

Great customer service!!

Woodpecker knocker looks pretty but was extremely awkward to install on a door with raised panels. Despite drilling pilot holes, the head broke off one of the screws. The keyhole template was offset my about 1mm meaning the knocker doesn't sit dead centre on the door. The elbow screwdriver supplied isn't sufficient to do the job easily and some special miniature tools would be required for anyone attempting to do this at home themselves. I could only get 2 of 3 screws into the striking plate bracket. Took an hour to install, not 5 minutes as the Adams & Mack website says.

Ordered some drawer pull handles from them. I think they were too expensive, even comparing them to other high end ironmongery providers. I only went for them as they were the only company that provided the particular design I wanted. That said, the quality and design of the handles is excellent, and they look really classy fitted to the furniture.

This company have excellent customer services and I like to support a small business supplying quality products. I only needed a small wardrobe/door hook and I bought from here as I wanted a quality brass one. The double was really expensive so I ended up with the single which with the postage was still costly. The delivery was not overly quick.
Nonetheless I would recommend them for the quality and overall experience

The oak peg rails are beautifully made (in Britain), were delivered well packaged and came really quickly. I also think they were a really good price for the quality. They are going to transform our Utility room in an instant

Their pieces are beautiful and truly feel luxurious and custom without breaking the bank. Great if you want to infuse some handmade craftsmanship and character into the home!

Also, talk to them if you have any questions. They were so helpful in advising me about what finishes went best together, and it's turned out great! Their customer service is incredibly nice.

I ordered 8 beautiful cast iron coat hooks from France, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish! Rochelle and Saskia were amazing : they kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know when the parcel would ship and giving really clear advice on customs fees. We were delighted to find the Willow and Stone site and love everything we have bought, door handles or escutcheons. The choice of repro escutcheons is impressive and the quality really good - they look beautiful next our old brass handles and hard to tell they aren't original.

Would be good if Willow and Stone explicitly stated the manufacturer of the handle on the website. I worked it out when I was looking online. It would not have stopped me buying from willow and stone even if they stated on the details that the handle is by From The Anvil.

We've purchased from Willow and Stone on multiple occasions and always received good quality products, well designed.
Most recently purchased some hooks and a couple of other items. We had a query about them. Customer service was fantastic - friendly and prompt, going above and beyond to help.

Will be purchasing from here again, for sure.
