We are sharing this review as a serious warning based on our direct experience with Willow Agency.
Our company, Seraphim Care Solutions, paid $3,200 on 12/01/2026 for a “Guaranteed NDIS Marketing Package.” A contract was signed on the same date, and payment was made in full upfront (Invoice #0054).
Despite this:
No services were ever delivered
No leads, campaigns, or measurable work were provided
Follow-ups were repeatedly ignored
Shortly after payment, all communication stopped. Emails are now bouncing, phone calls are blocked, and the agency is completely unreachable. No explanation, refund, or proof of work has been provided.
After we posted a review on Google, multiple other businesses contacted us stating they experienced the same issue with Willow Agency. Some of them have also left public reviews describing similar losses and lack of service, which strongly suggests this is not an isolated incident.
We have a signed contract, invoice and payment records, and full communication history. We have reported this matter to our bank and relevant authorities.
Based on our experience and the number of similar complaints from others, we strongly urge businesses to exercise extreme caution before engaging with Willow Agency or making any upfront payments.
