As I was travelling from 5 hours distance plus train issues with the strike I met with unfriendly angry faced lady , after being forced to sign so many paperwork I was very close to give up buying the car walk out , car buying is very simple , you pay and they fill up V5C and give your receipts. That’s it , instead they were very pushy towards their other products such as warranty and covers. However after little argument I bought the car and left , didn’t have much time to check every point of the car as they were about to shut and angry already because I was late . I came home and next day I seen one of the metal Mercedes printed metal plate under the passenger side door was hanging ( previously it came off and they tried to put it back with silicones but obviously it was a badly done ) and rear passenger door stuck you have to pull very hard when opening from outside and push very hard from inside to open , as a taxi driver it causes issues . Again I’m pretty sure they knew about these issues , warranty that they were offered me was only month so not much hope getting anything from them either . Long story short I wouldn’t advise anyone purchasing cars from this seller .

F Pace
I was part exchanging a Jaguar XE for an F Pace and had the pleasure of liaising with Tracey for the transaction. She made me aware of everything and how it would happen both clearly and concisely. On visiting the showroom I was not disappointed, Tracey and the other members of the team were pleasant and hospitable throughout. The car itself had been well prepared and was waiting for me to view and I was told to take as much time as I needed to, which is always nice as normally you would be being pestered by this stage. The process itself was extremely smooth and overall I am very satisfied. Congratulations to the team at Williams Group, a job well done by all.

Nice people to deal with, no pressure selling or BS. Just completed the purchase of a Volvo S60 PHEV, just a great car at a great price.

Buying process was mostly good, the odd hitch along the way but nicely resolved by them. However, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT though is that a missing part that they promised to supply (as part of our Agreement) has never been delivered, which is a bit poor.

Bought a car from Williams Motor Group recently. I dealt with Jaz and the sales process was smooth and friendly without any pressure. Unfortunately there was an issue with the car which was not their fault but which, from an after sales perspective they dealt with the situation brilliantly. Shame the car didn't work out but when problems arise all you can ask for is honesty and integrity and that's what I got.

Excellent no pressure and stress free process and the team were knowledgeable, open and helpful throughout. The car was well priced and in excellent condition, a great overall experience.
I would definitely return.

Very good recent experience of buying a car via Williams Group Maidstone. Chris was very helpful and went beyond expectations to ensure I had the car I wanted (and so secured a sale for them!). Car in A1 condition and exactly a described on the website. Hope to use the company when I next have a specialist car buying requirement.

Five minutes aof driving my car oil light on ....car had scratches new not even been washed or valited mass oil leak yet the car apparently been serviced and just passed mot....yet 4litres of oil left the engine and no1 noticed completely cowboys

Totally had a great experience purchasing my car from Williams Group. Chris was courteous, patient and professional all through. He took time to answer every question I had. From the viewing to collection each process was seamless.

A really straight forward process inspecting, test driving & buying the car. Sales team were not pushy, Jade in particular was courteous throughout. The car was presented in an excellent condition & the one technical issue was quickly resolved a few days after purchase under warranty during a manufacturers health check.

Well it’s now 59 days since I sent an email to a director of the company complaining about my experience at their Wolverhampton branch. No response whatever, even after reminders and an email to another director.

It is quite apparent that what they claim on their web page is non existent verbage.

I’ve told them that I will post a negative review every week until I get a response - the silence is deafening!

They are clearly not bothered about customer service or negative reviews.

From booking an appointment to viewing the car and purchase.
Scott was very helpful throughout the process, explaining all the steps required and addressing reported minor issues on the vehicle before collection date.
Currently have no experience with their after sales procedure but I have taken their 3 year warranty and can review on later stage. Hopefully won’t need to.
