Excellent proactive service.
We'd booked Daniel to drop and pick up at Piccadilly station over Christmas and, given the weather conditions, there were lots of challenges with changed times, assistance failing to pick up etc etc.
Daniel, was proactive on checking what was happening to the trains and being patient with all the delays.

Our flight was cancelled the night before and a new flight booked 4 hours earlier. Daniel rang me at 6am and said he would be round in 30 minutes. He also came back for us 3 hours later after another flight fiasco. Excellent service from WCS.
