Due to a system error on the WH app the wagering did not register. Despite meeting the requirement I was told that I would not receive the bonus. It was acknowledge that partial wager had taken place by customer service. However the bonus then suddenly disappeared and now miraculously the bonus never even existed in their records even though I have live chat evidence of their customer service chat confirming my wagering to it. Totally corrupt. Do not trust these scammers

Suspended my account without explaining why, I have been i think a good customer for years, ages spent on chat told we will email you with reason why 3 weeks later nothing...no reply to my email, also been on bet365 for years with no problems they always reply to anything and are prompt and reliable oh and payout within seconds of events finishing

Hardly play anymore. Had a win last year a couple grand after joining and straight away after they restricted my account using excuse of safer gambling my net deposit was £300 I earn a lot all proven but I was ahead of them a couple of grand they obviously hated that. They’ve been all over news refusing to pay winnings to customers beware

Deposited £10 to get bonus. When staking the money on the game was told I was ineligible for bonus until security checks were done, even though I ticked the box when signing up. Complete joke.

Just so people know. William hills deposit £10 as new customer and get 200 free spins is a scam. I added promo as they gave me when I was signing up. Wagered £10 as promised says then you get free spins, and I didn't. I contacted customer service, and they said there happy for me to wage £10 but to get 200 spins they want bank statements and passport and driving licence documentation. Huge scam and is to sell you details on to 3rd party's. Avoid at all cost and try somewhere like bet365 if you like to gamble on the off chance as I have never had a problem with them and always pay out within 5 mins. Got screen shots of how the customer service like to scam people at William hill if anyone wants to see.

An awful company! My online account was closed with no warning or explanation. So called customer service via their chat couldn’t tell me why or help, just kept saying someone would be in touch via email, never happened. I used Resolver, as suggested by the Gambling Commission website. They at least replied but asked for info to prove my identity etc. All info supplied but every time they would ask for the same info in a different format. Eventually I was told that the account had been reinstated but when I tried to access it nothing. I was then told I needed to send a photo of myself holding my drivers licence and my username. Again info they already had but just another tactic to delay.
My account has around two hundred pounds in it but they won’t refund me the money just ask for the same info in different formats. This has been going on since Nov 2025!
My only next step is to sue them through the small claims court!
Do not use this company they are a bunch of rogues!!!

Absolutely shocking online everything lags and you lose money never gain money from any of the games its all fixed the only games you win on is online live roulette other than that its toss I'd definitely avoid using this site 💯 unless you got some kind of fetish to lose your money and it makes you happy then keep playing

Long term customer for over 18 years. Wrote a complaint that was not even acknowledged and as a result I have closed my account. Will take my business elsewhere.

Bet with Ladbrokes or Bet365 using my bankcard, I'm paid winnings straight away. Four days after winning £110, not a big amount, I'm still waiting for William Hill to pay out? I'll never use them again.

They cancelled my account with no warning, kept me on chat since 12pm to 5am. And account still would be activated or why it was closed

So so bad. The combinator features are a total joke on this app. The "point" of their Bet Builder is to advertise that they have the feature, but their backend software is too poorly coded to handle realistic combinations from the same game without locking up or failing. Typical bookmaker BS. They should be banned from online betting platforms.

i tried to with draw £200.00 william hill the asked me to submit documents to prove who i was even though the money was going back to the account it came out of after submitting the documents they requested and them confirming receipt they still refuse to pay and the email they provided to resend bounces the message back cheats liars

Yet again, when I try to withdraw my winning, WH says it cannot do it at that time despite having only recently, and yet again, proved my account details. One option that appeared was 'Bank details' which I ignored having spent over 10 days being asked again to prove my account. However, I tried it again, spend more wasted time entering the exact same details and lo and behold, I was able to withdraw my funds. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST gambling site. It is symptomatic that the top management at WH, with whom I have I several interactions, do not care about their reputation! How on earth do they keep their jobs. I strongly recommend SkyBet - instant payouts every time for the last 6 years!
