Diabolical Service

Week after week I experienced logging into my account and every time the password reset email was never received. Tonight I joined the queue to talk with an advisor, I was told that I was number 1 in the queue and my wait was 13 minutes, then it went to 28 minutes and then 120 minutes, what a joke. I don't mind losing my money if I get good customer service, so now I'll go elsewhere.

Don't want your business

Don't want your business. Constantly change goalposts on account verification. I imagine this firm is losing tonnes of money as they won't even let you use their services!

Rubbish!
Nearly £300 in 2 days & nothing! I fully understand you don’t always win but c’mon give us something to at least play with instead of taking our money within minutes. £2 spins, got bonus twice and I’m not even getting over £20 when I’ve put on nearly £300????? Something’s defo not right. It’s 100% rigged. Shocking!!!! Beginning to think all these online sits are the same recently. Just take take take…. 🙄🙄🙄

I spent over an hour trying to replace with the assistamce of three staff, trying to add a new debit card because it wasn't possible to do so on the website. Well it also proved to be impossible with human intervention as well. Time to change bookie

Criminals

Criminals! They send you a promotion to get you in the shop and then it doesn't work. Staff don't even care. Obviously done to get you into the shop to lose your money. Disgrace and it just shows how badly regulated the gambling industry is nowadays!

WH are rip off merchants!!

WH are rip off merchants!!! I like playing slots but I’d advise anyone not to bother on this site ! Nothing but dead spins ! Constantly! Bonus never drops “ you’ll find it’s always just one away from dropping every time ! When you win it’s always below what you bet ! And they’ve now introduced what your believe to be a sort of extra bonus where coins or icons go into some sort of pot “ usually top of your screens that will take you forever to crack open and when you do it’s peanuts!!! But the game will give you the impression your gaining something from seeing these added to a pot on nearly every spin ! In short these games are beyond rigged, when I do actually win I’ve never recovered what I’ve put into it . Plenty of other sites to play but WH I’d give a wide berth!!!

When it's good it's good

When it's good it's good, when it's bad it's a total rip off, unfortunately the bad weighs out the good by a country mile! I've just put £25 in a game called Rabbit Fields and didn't get 1 bonus spin, no big wins, nothing!!! We all know that it's a company and they're out to make money but sometimes it's a big joke how their allowed to blatantly cheat people out of money and their false RTP information giving people false hope, come on William Hill play fair and give us a chance.
