Have been a customer for several years although I have a account with another company of which I consider give better odds(sky bet),After a issue of being cheated out of winnings by William Hill cancelled my account forthwith,They are not interested in a small wage punter avoid don't deserve custom better online firms available.

I only use site for online slots. Not a bad choice of games and fast payouts. Only giving 3 stars as I work shifts and tend to.play late at night after work, most nights at some point the site goes down for so called maintenance and will be unaccessible for around an hour...I've used many online sites and only ever experienced this with william hill. Very very annoying indeed...

Slots are an absolute disgrace. Almost impossible to get a feature and if you actualy do manage it then the payout is a complete insult. You are just throwing your money away here, Dont do it !!!!!!!!!

Scammers!! Placed a £10 on a horse to get a free £10 which was never received!! Well, I did 500 spins to get on a prizeboard, and the payout was £0:51p, Update after contact. Yeah, got told to contact on my other review paly store, the supervisor told me it's a pyramid scheme straight up as in the more you put in the more you get out his words. So I did win £100 so I took it out right away, then the next £80 I put in was just nothing not even a small win to keep you interested. I had 3 different games with winning pots full and won't drop. I did get one pot to drop in the end after £80 and it was for £0:51p I have the picture of that because I couldn't believe that was worth £80. I dont know how down I am and my biggest win was £100. Scam betting, be cautious. Bet money and won 3 bets, only to find out money deducted from my account 24 hours later. Contacted William Hill and have been told they decide resettle bets, because in their opinion bets wasn’t correct and don’t care I won, still deduct money.

Having using William Hill and spending my own money for years, I recently received log in issues and had ot keep resetting my password. I asked about this on chat and a very rude person said im no eligible anymore for the free daily games and then closed the chat. Thats how william hill treat you as a long term customer. Also, the bonus games that i win from real money never give you any big wins for over a year now. Im th eone who won in the end because i closed down and blocked my account so i never spend another penny on them and my bank account is happier for it. Theres only one winner

Honest review, I've been using William Hill and I've been an active almost daily user for 2-3 years already, both, casino and betting.
What they offer especially to loyal fans or spenders is just disrespectful, if u are active, u might win on bonus drop 5 spins(never I've won the money pot on it in 3 years) If u are active, if u aren't, u won't get it.
Also, the free bets or anything significant as for example u get the monthly pheonix on Virgin's or Livescorebet and so on is missing or are very very rare, once per month if u have luck, yeah u get percentages for bet builders but u need to lift the odds high to get it making it hard to obtain something useful.
On total, after 3 years here I do NOT recommend to play here, I've been using in years tens of sites and there are plenty better than this one.
Is not a bad one, but definitely u won't feel rewarded to stay here for a long time.
