Been a new customer for 4 months. Have been using the free drop daily for the last 6-8 weeks and always landing the ‘X’ without fail. Apparently it’s random - clearly isn’t. My partner has played every single day for over a year and not once. Management were supposed to be creating a case but nearly a month in there is no update. Every customer service (especially regime) I’ve spoken to is useless! Better off using Betway or paddy power for better returns.

Was in the shop on the 12 the August, horrible customer service from the lady counter customer service in nithsdale road Glasgow . Had a go at me with her rude and disrespectful attitude. Didn't even want to place my betting slip because when I handed her the slip, saying that she had the right to do so, because she dislikes. Customer services - appalling
William Hill customer services are appalling. 5 hours with their chat bot and CS people to not get a simple question answered. They pass you on to non-existent supervisors and then are rude to you.
Just the worst company and when I complained to their head office they gave blah blah about ‘learning’ from this yet they just get worse
They also have the worst payout on slots for any bookie.
Avoid these grifters like the plague…a shocking company who couldn’t care less!

Absolute crooks. Slots are shocking just keep taking and not giving you a win at all. Had €128 in account and started playing ( luck o the Irish gold spins) and just took the lot in less than an hour, at 20cent a spin. I’ve always booked with williamhill. The fact is I like to use their simplistic website and they have decent freebies everyday. However do be warned, sometimes you place a couple of big bets and they will freeze the whole console. E.g. I put 3 50+ tennis bets in play on the Australian open, then right at the end of the first set the games were indefinitely suspended, so I had no chance to withdraw anything, all 3 players lost first set as well so I couldn’t even recuperate any of my losses. It’s very suspicious as it’s happened before. I smell foul play. Just watch your bets and be careful because they often suspend without a legitimate reason basically to rob your money. Also customer service are a joke, it’s almost like speaking to bots. Had to edit this from 3 stars to 1. Exactly same thing is happening right now, large bet on tennis and suspended for no reason BEWARE!!! Can’t even contact customer service, they put a bogus screen up saying “maintaince in progress” while they steal your money. ITS OFFICIAL HAD 100 bet on and final set SUSPENDED AGAIN WITHOUT REASON, IF YOU HAVE A BIG BET THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR CASHOUT OPTION. ABSOLUTE CHEATING *********! DONT USE THIS SITE.
